Our experience with DJ Rich was spectacular from start to finish. He is extremely organized, friendly and professional. He allowed us to create a playlist for us to play on our wedding day, which was AMAZING! He had the entire guest dance the entire night!

Rich is an amazing DJ. Our guests remarked multiple times to us that they wanted to dance even when they were exhausted from dancing - and I consider myself included in that comment! My husband who never dances was also up most of the night which made me so happy. The music was awesome top to bottom. Rich also helped us with lighting a crucial part of our venue and making it look amazing, and the photo booth worked out very well. Rich listened to me and made our wedding super fun (and is a lovely person to boot!)

DJ Rich was the best choice. Hands down. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, he’s been helping along the way! He quickly responded to emails, was super accommodating, listened to all my choices/song selections, and he made sure everyone was up and dancing the day of. I had so much fun and he played a huge role in that!

He also came to the ceremony and provided a wireless mic, and we got a lighting package through him. The uplights we selected made the reception a beautiful warm, golden tone and we got so many compliments.

DJ Rich was amazing to work with; highly recommend his services. He took the time to get to know my husband and I even before we agreed to work together, which showed his personable and genuine character. His online database made it seamless to collaborate and check on status. All of my friends and family had such a great time on the big day - he brought the spirit, jams, and kept the party going! In addition to the music, he provided uplighting (that was just the extra romantic touch that we needed) and our photo booth with fun props and great lighting. Our wedding would not have been the same without DJ Rich and SB Paradise Music.

We met with a couple of DJs prior to meeting with Rich and as soon as we met him myself and my husband agreed we wanted to hire him for our wedding. He is so friendly and I liked that he said he wants to come to the wedding and not be some random guy who plays music but that we are like hey rich! and really feel like we know him. The way you choose your music was all online and you can say what songs you must hear, songs that if theres time you would like and songs you do not want to hear. The whole night ran smoothly and there was always people on the dance floor. He played the shoe game with us, announced various events (cake cutting, toasts, etc.), he had a great setup and lots of additions (lighting, dance floor light logo, audio). And the photo booth everybody loved it! Definitely a great choice and I HIGHLY recommend!

SB Paradise Music is without a doubt a company that exceeded their reputation for offering quality service at a reasonable price. I've had the privilege of using their DJ and photo booth services on six different occasions over the past couple of years. SB Paradise Music was able to accommodate my functions that ranged from 40 to 1600 guests. During each event - Retirement, Commencement, Welcome Celebration, Transfer Success Ceremony, Bridal Shower, etc. the staff were all extremely proficient at their craft and professional in their attitude, dress, timeliness, and overall demeanor at the function.

During your initial contact with Rich (owner), you will feel as though you are his only client as he is attentive, patient and conscientious in wanting to better understand your vision for the event to ensure your needs are fully realized. Rich is a consummate professional, and his company is reflective of this; from his responsiveness, the talented and skilled professionals that he employs, purchasing and using state of the art DJ and photobooth equipment, and following up to ensure that the services offered at your event were to your satisfaction. Rich also provided me with a link (URL) to all the pictures taken at the photobooth, which was an added bonus as I hadn't seen most of the images taken during the event. I will continue using SB Paradise Music for both my work and personal functions as I have always been completely satisfied with their services.

We really enjoyed having Venesa and Cass DJ our wedding. They are both so sweet and friendly and NAILED IT with the music. We also had a photobooth and it was an absolute hit! The entire team at SB Paradise Music are extremely friendly and helpful. They made this unknown territory of planning a wedding very easy.

Rich is a professional that creates a friendship atmosphere. He is flexible which helps any wedding planning preparations. I love old school music and was drawn to Rich's booth, playing a track from a Prince record. We connected right of the bat with his charisma. He helped alleviate any stress my bride to be and I would've had. His Photo booth upgrade made our wedding that much more fun. I'd recommend Rich anytime, hands down.

Rich and the team were amazing!!! Rich made our wedding sooo much fun with his DJing!! He was on awesome and on point!! Even my grandma in a wheelchair got on the dance floor??!! He was awesome with contact and easy to work with!! I didn’t give him a lot of music choice to work with has I’m not great with Artist names lol but just by talking with us and him going out of his way to get to know us he knew exactly what to play and it was perfect!! Then there’s the photobooth service was on point too!! It made our wedding fun and it was so easy to use! It was definitely a extra bonus to see and get all the strips copied after the wedding. Wedding planning ended up being a stressful enterprise for me, but a number of special vendors, including Santa Barbara Paradise Music, made the process so much easier. I can't say enough about how helpful Rich was during the planning process and on the day of the wedding. I can get stressed easily, but Rich is so positive, easy going, and organized that the DJ and lighting was something I soon realized I didn't need to stress out about. Rich and SBPM did our microphones and audio for the wedding site in addition to DJing our cocktail hour and reception. They also set up some beautiful lighting for the dance floor. Before finding Rich, my husband and I had contacted about 8 other vendors, and not only was Rich one of the more affordable options, he had great reviews. Rich really listened to us about our unique music preferences, and having him as our DJ helped establish the mood the whole night long. Some of my favorite memories from the day of include dancing with friends and family, and thanks to Rich, the dance floor was never empty! If I ever need DJ/lighting/audio for another event, it's a no brainer. Rich has our business for life!
