Sandra and David contacted us wanting to shoot our wedding in Barcelona as they were eager to break in to the European market.

On the day of the wedding they were often found to be consuming alcohol and had to always be asked if they could take photos. We were told they had over 2,000 photos and a few weeks after the event we chased them up only to be told they had put a couple on their blog - these pics consisted of us getting changed mostly.

Despite numerous follow ups thereafter for the pictures and after a couple of months since the wedding we were told their hard drive had packed up and that they had no photos - well there were a few on their blog. Incredible to think this could happen to a professional photographer and we tried subsequently on numerous occasions to talk with them which was almost impossible. Finally when we did get a hold of them they had no plausible explanation for why these pictures were not backed up and we were told to basically get over it. Upon asking for the hard drive their response was they would think about it. Two weeks later they sent an email asking for money and then they would send the hard drive... this was despite the fact they lost the wedding pictures.

Have tried contacting them since but to no avail. Pretty pathetic and definitely never consider using them as you will have nothing to look back on.
