I had a wonderful experience with the girl who gave me a french pedicure, almost everything else was awful. I got a french gel manicure, and kept asking the lady to fix different flaws as she was doing it because I was not going be displeased with my manicure for my wedding. I think she got frustrated/nervous that I was watching so closely and told me it would turn out fine and I should look away. I did... but shouldn't have. It's frustrating when I pay to get my nails done, and I could have done a better job for free! Another friend of mine was unhappy with her manicure and went back to have them fix it. They charged her for a-whole-nother manicure!!!!
I also had my trial hair appointment here the Thursday before my wedding. They called me the week of to tell me they had to reschedule for next week. I explained that my wedding was that Saturday, so I needed them to figure something out. I ended up having to have one of my (more aggressive than me) bride's maids call and demand they work something out, because they wouldn't bend for me. My hair turned out fine.
The salon itself was very cute. We got to bring breakfast and eat it on their cute little patio, and they had delicious tea.
