I am a wedding coordinator and booked with Limo Boss as the shuttle service for a wedding party.
The white Mercedes shuttle was beautiful and arrived promptly to the Bahia resort.
They used the shuttle from the Bahia, to a church in Scripps Ranch + back to the Wedding venue at the Bahia. Arrival, pick up and drop off all ran smoothly!
The driver, Paul was nice and so helpful!
Service was excellent, they provided ice, water bottles, a TV was available for music inside + the AC kept everyone feeling cool + fresh.
I definitely recommend Limo Boss and look forward to working with them again soon!

We rented a limo for our wedding day to pick us up from our church ceremony and drive us around for photo sessions with our court. Everything was perfect. The driver was very nice, car was clean and we even had champagne flutes waiting for us in the limo for our first toast!

Extremely easy to deal with, friendly and on time. I spent most of the week calling around town to get quotes but Limo Boss had the best rates. Our driver Jeff was very friendly and offered to make any stops that we needed. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of a limo. Can't say enough good things about this company!

Horrible experience!! I booked a hummer limo for my son’s birthday a month before the party date, paid a deposit, and got an email confirmation. The day before the party I hadn’t heard from them and emailed to double check that he was coming. The day of the party I texted and called multiple times with no reply. Then 10 Minutes before he is supposed to arrive he calls (sounding like he just woke up and forgot about my party) and said the hummer limo has mechanical issues and there is no other limo that could fit our whole party. He offered a much smaller limo that would take at least an hour to arrive and it wouldn’t fit everyone. He refunded my deposit but never really took responsibility that he had obviously just forgotten about our party. It left us scrambling and asking parents to help us drive to get kids to the party location and my son was so disappointed that they didn’t get to ride in the limo. I would not recommend using him!

We rented a limo from San Diego Limo Boss for my daughters Sweet 15. The driver from Plush Transportations showed up on time but the entire limo was dirty on the outside. it was not washed and the night before there was a light rain so the dirt spots were very visible. When we asked the driver why it wasnt washed he said they were waiting for another van to come but it was delayed so he had to take this one and it wasnt washed. You can see from the pics the entire outside of the limo was very dirty. My daughter and court were unable to get any nice pictures with the limo. We called the limo booking company all week and sent them pictures but the only answer we were getting is "that it is under review". An entire week went by since they took our payment and never as much as offered any apology nor any type of refund due to sending a dirty limo. you can view the pics yourself. We gave them the opportunity to make it right and all we got is the runaround. If you are wanting to rent a limo heed the warning and rent somewhere else. You will be disappointed on your special day that you spent so much time, effort, and money that you will have no other choice but to parade around in a dirty limo.
After a week of getting the runaround we decided to post a review of our experience. 2 days later we finally got a call from Plush owner. After a few days of back and forth we were offered a very TINY refund (it was enough to take my daughter and wife to McD's or In-n-Out for dinner). The owner took ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY for showing up with a dirty limo! He blamed the weather because "it had rained the night before" and that's why the limo was dirty. Also note that San Diego Limo Boss AND Plush Transportation are not a BBB accredited company, there is a reason why and im sure its because they are not a good business to deal with. Save your stress levels and rent somewhere else because after you spend thousands of dollars for your special day they will show up with a dirty vehicle and you wont get the luxury pics to memorialize your special day.
