Good service

I just managed a large group for an event, and something that I appreciate about MIB is how easy it is to talk with them. That makes the organization much better and easier. I also liked how all the black buses looked.

Extremely satisfied

After researching many transportation companies, I decided to go with MIB. The overall experience was extremely pleasant and they made everything a breeze. This was a huge weight off my shoulders considering I was nervous about many things on my special day. The drivers were professional, punctual and very accommodating. Some of our wedding guests even went out the way to say how professional the whole experience was. The buses were clean and we arrived on time to our venue, which was the most important thing to me. I am so pleased with our overall experience and I would definitely recommend MIB to anyone who is looking for a transportation company for their wedding. Thank you MIB!

Top Notch Service

I contacted several transportation services and finally decided to go with MIB. We had a big group, and maybe some demanding requests, but these guys were super nice and went above and beyond to make it all happen! Reservation process was very easy, all the vehicles were clean and on time, drivers were dressed sharp and were very professional from the beginning to the end. The service was so smooth that even our guests were very impressed (yay!). I want to give their entire team a special thanks for making our day. Now that I know what a stellar service these guys provide, and they have all kinds of vehicle types, they will be our go to company for all our future transportation needs. Thank you MIB!

They were professional, easy to work with,, and most importantly...on time! It was very easy to set up various pick-up times and locations for our wedding day. Men in Black also worked with our wedding planner to coordinate drop of times and pick up times. They were great to work with for our wedding and we will definitely use their services in the future!

Breach of Contract. Do Not Trust.

We went back and forth with this company via email and over the phone to develop a contract for our wedding needs. After signing the contract, they reached out to inform us that they would be canceling the contract since the quote should have been 2x more. They blamed it on "A.I." and didn't offer any type of alternative solution. What's the point of contracting with a vendor if they're going to cancel without a valid reason?

Worst experience I’ve ever had

Giving one star because zero stars isn’t an option. They were late for every shuttle we purchased on our wedding day. Everyone of our wedding guests were late by over an hour because of them. Got lost several times driving to the location. Spent over 4 thousand dollars. Not only did they not give us a refund, they overcharged us. Also the owner is a real piece of work. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go with any other company.
