"San Antonio Cake Company" the sweet side of life, Cupcake Barista Bar and Cake Company, is based on the belief that a great cake or desert starts with fresh ingredients, a tried and true recipe and a passion for what your creating!

?Packaging and presentation is as important as the cake or dessert itself, with each wrapped with delicate paper and boxed in our beautiful signature black box and tied with our hot pink SACC ribbon.

The "Cupcake Barista Bar" is a new and delightful way for your guest to create their own cupcake creations. Our cupcake "Barista" chefs will add the toppings your guest select and serve your guest their creation.

Here is what we provide and how it works...

Your guest will choose:

Two pre-baked cupcake "naked bottoms".

Two cream fillings of their choice.

Two or three icings of their choice.

Your guest will have fun choosing their own "gourmet" cupcake, icing, fillings and sprinkles all assembled by our professional "cupcake" bartenderand served in bowls (no mess) with spoons for ease of eating these delicious treats.

The combinations are endless!

Graduations, Weddings, Birthday Parties, or any other celebration, this Cupcake Bar will surly please young and old.

SACC produces a superior product that the large retailers and mass production bakery can't achieve. Only a small number of cakes and sweets are made weekly so you're assured to receive the finest product on the market.

Over the last ten years the cake industry has changed dramatically. Many bakers today aspire to make huge fancy cakes that look more like works of art that required a small erector set and hammer and nails to create. Pretty to look at, but little more than a sweet sugary taste on the tounge.

?Think back to your childhood days and your memories of your birthday days. Cake was the way your family affirmed that "you" were important to them. I'm going to bet you can recall the taste of your favorite cake or dessert your mother or grandmother use to make. See...you just did it.Really good wasn't it?

While I love the grand over the top cake designs of today, my focus is on cakes and desserts that are of simple elegance. They look delicious and are delicious. A rich buttercream that smells like butter, taste like sweet creamery butter and melts in your mouth. Remember your first cupcake? Yes...that should bring back your childhood days.

Desserts should look delicious and smell delicious. Grand, overly complicated sugary designs do not interest me. Baking lots and lots of different cakes and fillings don't make you a great baker. Baking a select "signature" menu of cakes and desserts makes you a better baker by doing them really really well.
