Sam and Dave went above and beyond for our September 2019 wedding. They traveled across the country, to the middle of the mountains of Washington state to be part of our big day. The photos they captured were absolutely amazing! Their skills to capture the best lightening and the perfect moments are unmatched. Her editing skills are top notch and send the already amazing photos over the edge. I couldn't be happier with the results and am so grateful that they made the journey to come and capture our big day. I would recommend them for any and all events or photos that anyone wants. They truly are the best. I am forever grateful for the magical photos they took on our wedding day. Thank you Sam and Dave!

Typically I dread photos of myself, but Sam somehow managed to capture every moment in a way that made me love every photo. She was professional, quick, non-invasive and very positive. She managed to capture our family in a way that that brings out our natural personalities. Her shots of our dog were the best i've ever seen which will be cherished long after his life. Her editing enhances the photo's without being overly touched up. I really don't think there is enough space in our house to frame all of my favorite photos she took. I would 100% recommend her for any photo shoot.

Samantha was a dream to work with! She communicated throughout the planning process and was a huge part of the day of timeline! She is thorough with her questionnaire making sure she understood everything I wanted and more! I am so awkward in front of a camera and she was able to relax us both!! She was incredible and I will be in touch with her again for future events!

Sam and her husband Dave are seriously the most talented and down to earth people my wife and I know. I was lucky enough to meet Sam in college and even luckier to have her as a friend and roommate. So naturally, Sam and her hubby would be guests at our wedding. Sam shot our engagement photos and we were speechless. We searched and searched for a style like hers and could not find it. My wife and I asked Sam if she would do us the honor of capturing our wedding day in Charleston, SC. With zero hesitation, she accepted! We couldn't be more pleased with Sam and Dave's work. They were so organized and never made us feel rushed even when our timeline ran a little (or a lot) behind. Everything was perfect. They captured moments that because of the chaos of the day we didn't even remember happening. We cannot thank Samantha Marie Photography for making our memories last a lifetime. I felt overwhelmed & had no idea where to start in booking vendors & randomly came across Sam on Facebook. Best chance encounter ever! To feel each other out before the big day, she did an engagement shoot with us & we were sold right away. Sam is so talented (absolutely love her use of natural light & minimal edits), reliable, personable, & came with so many different ideas - while also making sure she got some from us too. She did an awesome job capturing so many fun candids at the wedding. Without missing a beat, her & the videographer didn't get in one of each other's shots all day, either. Bottom line, she was outstanding & we can't say enough. By far our favorite vendor of the day.

We booked a mini session (45 mins and 15-20 images) with Sam just for engagement pictures. When the weather was bad on the day we had originally planned on doing it, she agreed to change not only the date, but the location as well to accommodate us. We met up with her and her husband and spent a good hour taking shots. They were such chill people, and we felt very relaxed with them. She took some really interesting shots of my ring. Overall, I'm really impressed with the variety and quality of pictures we've received.
