My daughter and I regularly have our hair done at Salon Nevaeh in Shirley. She goes to David and I go to Teddy. Both of them are fantastic, always. But I'm writing them up on wedding wire not only because of their talent which is phenomenal but also because of how wonderfully they treated my daughter. Her wedding took place five days after super storm Sandy and needless to say we were not sure if our venue would have power or if the whole thing would have to be rescheduled. When my daughter and I arrived for our appointment two hours before her rehearsal brunch, she was so stressed that she broke down and started crying. Teddy and David both were so wonderful in helping her to relax and see that the important thing was that she was marrying the man she loved and his family had made the trip all the way from Illinois despite the hurricane. They had the right words at the perfect time and a few minutes into her appointment she was laughing and feeling much better. Not only do they do awesome hair, they are great people.
