My fiancé and I interviewed a handful of photographers when we were in the planning stages. Aside from his beautiful work, Sako initially stood out to us because his personality was super easy going. We loved working with him, he made us feel comfortable in front of the camera specially since my fiancé hates taking photos! Thank you Sako!

This vendor has amazing work but the quality of customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. My wedding was April 2021 and I didn’t receive my photo albums until September 2023. I would call and email periodically and eventually once a week and no response. He needs an assistant.

No wedding is perfect, but you always hope your photos remind you of your beautiful day. Well it’s a little impossible to enjoy those photo’s and memories when the photographers you paid over 3k for send you 2 flash drives with OVER 5,000 IMAGES OF RAW photos. Absolutely ridiculous....... what do you possibly expect a bride and groom do with 5,000 raw pictures? Not a single picture was edited and every photo had 10-12 repeats which is something I believe I paid for to be cleaned up before I received. There was also no creativity or care put into the pictures what so ever. The photographers didn’t bother to take any intimate pictures for example kissing under the veil, looking into each other’s eyes, leaning on his shoulder, etc) everything they took was so basic with absolutely zero thought. There were 3 photographers and every picture all 3 would stand next to each other and snap the same pics, no different angles or anything. The biggest complaint I hear from newlyweds is how long it took for them to receive their photos, so when my photos arrived within the same month I was so excited. CLEARLY it was because this crew uploaded their memory cards from our wedding, uploaded it on 2 flash drives, and shipped it to us. Maybe a thank you note or a wish you the best note would have been nice, but nope just an empty box with 2 flash drives. I mean this is the 20th century, you’re still sending us pictures on flash drives??
Next issue was their attitude and laziness. Not only did the mother of the owner yell at my makeup artist, she continuously rushed my mom and kept reminding her its not her day so she needs to hurry up. The entire crew was beyond rude to everyone in my family. When my father in law suggested a pose the photographer told him not to worry about it it’s his job to pick the poses.... nobody bothered to be friendly or even smile. Towards the end of their shift they were all just standing and yawning in the back basically waiting to leave. They only took pictures when someone asked them or reminded them to.
Honestly the Sakosan team made my family and I feel like they were forced to be there and that they would rather be doing anything else... I just hope they choose a different career if they’re so miserable at people’s weddings. It was overall the worst mistake of our wedding, do yourself a favor and book someone else, someone that will make you feel special on your wedding day, spend time editing and sending you amazing pictures you can cherish forever.
