As delicious as it looks!

Lavonne's work is exquisite and I am honored to have had the opportunity to work with her. She puts such care and attention into the details of her recipes as well as the presentation. She creates beautiful and delicious food that will standout as a memorable experience at any event. Lavonne is such a pleasure to communicate with and work alongside. Winery Wedding

I am an event planner and I had the pleasure of working with Lavonne of Sage Bleu. She is an artist in her own right. Everything she makes looks (and tastes!) amazing! She is easy to work with, quick to respond to messages and she puts a lot of thought and time into everything she makes. As a total detail person myself, I really appreciate how much thought she puts into her displays and food. I am only sad that she isn’t in San Diego anymore. Those of you that live in Oregon are lucky!

Stunning & Delicious Catering

Sage Bleu catered our August wedding in Manzanita and I’m endlessly happy that we chose SB! Lavonne, Taylor, and the entire team were amazing at each step of the process - from the initial phone call to check-in’s and of course the big day! SB made us feel super supported and were so kind, professional, and really a pleasure to work with. SB took our inspiration of a southern/PNW themed meal and rocked it. The brisket, shrimp and grits, and grilled veggies were all favorites. We chose the charcuterie spread for our cocktail hour - so many delicious options and an absolutely stunning layout of food. You cannot go wrong with Sage Bleu! ♥️ 🌊

Amazing Oregon Coast Wedding Caterer

Lavonne and her team from Safe Bleu catered mine and my husbands wedding in October, 2022. We couldn’t have been more pleased with how the catering turned out! The food was delicious, and our guests have been raving ever since about how impressed they were with Sage Bleu’s services.

It’s also important to note that our wedding venue was quite unique and posed many challenges for the type of dinner and appetizer service we requested from Sage Bleu. It quickly became very clear how talented Lavonne is as she navigated those challenges and requests. Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with Sage Bleu.

Dream Dinner for our elopement!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Lavonne for our elopement dinner. She is extremely professional, talented and creative. We worked together planning our menu and Lavonne was very open to suggestions to make the dinner perfect. On the day of our dinner we were extremely impressed with the meal! Everything was delicious with excellent presentation and service. Lavonne is a true gem to work with and we highly recommend her!
