What is the story behind Sadie’s Flower Co.?

We are a boutique event floral design studio located in the Bethany area of Portland, OR. Sadie uses her decades of event planning and expertise in floral artistry to create couture floral event designs and installations specifically for each client.

Experience
We have nearly ten years of experience as wedding floral experts. We specialize in complete design of your floral decor - including design, installation, rentals, repurposing ceremony flowers for your reception when appropriate, and complete floral decor clean up and striking services after your wedding.

Amazing florist for a great price

Sadie did an amazing job on our wedding flowers.  She was very responsive and helped bring my vision to life.   She truly went above and beyond, everyone kept commenting about how beautiful the flowers and arrangements were. I would definitely work with Sadie again for future life events.

Otherworldly

Y’all when I tell you to run and book with Vareus Events I mean it. Sadie is absolutely amazing and whenever my partner and I meet a newly engaged couple we always tell them to: 1. hire a wedding planner and 2. hire Sadie.

Sadie is someone who takes the time to understand each of her clients and translate their vision into action. She accompanied me on my dress shopping trips (a blessing) and helped me find the perfect dress on a super emotional day! Sadie gets that people are the priority and out of all people it is the couple who matters most. You need a vendor suggestion? She has 5 ready for you to review. You need a tasting buddy? She’s ready to roll and give her honest feedback.

We would not have had the brilliant and fantastic wedding we did without the extensive knowledge and support that Sadie provides. So do yourself a favor and hire Sadie as your planner or coordinator.

Vareus Events is the best

Sadie was absolutely amazing. Not only she was an amazing talented professional, she’s also such a cool person. She made the whole process of planning our wedding fun and stress free. Sadie literally made our dreams come true. She was always very patient, responsive, and are in the know with the most current and fabulous trends. Her arch creation was above and beyond my vision. Her bouquet and reception decoration was absolutely breathtaking and dreamy. We absolutely recommend them without hesitation! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Perfect in every way!!!

Sadie at Vareus Events also did our flowers and she was exceptional in all accounts! I would work with her in an instant and I highly recommend her - I researched for a long time, and absolutely made the perfect choice!!!

Sadie is incredible. I hired her initially for bouquets and very little else. By the end of the planning process, I had brought her on for more florals, as well as Day of Coordinator services. First off, her flower arrangements and bouquets were more beautiful than any I have ever seen. I gave her some beautiful inspiration photos and the creations that she made for me far exceeded all of them.

For day of coordination, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Not only was she super responsive leading up to the day, Sadie coordinated the decoration, procession, setting up, and everything behind the scenes ‘day of’. Also, her prices were affordable and there was not one hidden fee. I highly recommend Vareus!
