We rented 5 tuxedos from Sacino's for our wedding. We pick up the tuxedos the day before the wedding and everything looks correct, we didn't take them out of the bags. The day of the wedding I realize my dad's tux vest and tie are the wrong color. I call Sacino's and they say we are open until 5 you can come in and change it for the correct color. This is an hour before the wedding. Thankfully my sister gets on the phone and tells them no you need to deliver it to the venue. They did, however my dad still walked down the aisle with the wrong color in the jacket pocket. Weddings are too important for mistakes in color.

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for suit rentals for a wedding. Scheduling suit rentals for a wedding should be an easy and pleasant experience for a bride and groom. The initial staff that assisted us (Glendy and another sweet associate) were very pleasant to work with. We were initially planning on using Sacino's for our groomsmen and family; however, we had a change in heart about the suit color for our groomsmen so we decided to cancel with Sacino's since they were unable to provide us the color we were looking for. I asked to speak with the with the Store Manager, Maria, and I was absolutely disgusted by her behavior and professionalism to my inquiry about canceling our order.. Instead of her acting like a professional, she gave me attitude, cut me off and choose to blame faults on her employees and not take responsibility. I also spoke with an employee that told me that we'd receive our deposit back and when I asked Maria for our refund of our deposit her response was "Well that's why she isn't employed here anymore". To say her behavior was of a poor sport is putting it lightly. Cancelling our services wit this store was the best decision we made. I have worked in customer services for years and I still can't get over the way this woman handled the whole situation. I would recommend investing your time elsewhere!

This has to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a vendor. There were 5 tuxes total in our party; including groom and his attendants, and fathers of the bride and groom. EVERY SINGLE tux had a problem. Jackets that were given to us wrinkled and we were told to iron them ourselves. Incorrect measurements ending up with pants and jackets that were too short, holes in pockets, ripped out hemlines. Two of the people involved had their shoes fall apart at the reception and the venue manager had to hot glue them back together so that they could walk! The alterations were terrible; uneven sleeves and pant hems; pants that had one leg longer than the other. The quality of the garments was lacking as well. The list just goes on and on. When we returned the tuxes and TRIED to explain all the problems, we were basically laughed at. They already got their money up front, so you have no recourse in this type of situation. I hope to gain some recourse from this review however.
I would not recommend this place at all! They caused us a lot of heartache on a day that was supposed to be special. They should be ashamed of themselves. What every happened to taking pride in your work and the product you put out?
