Russell's Florist was recommended to me by a friend who had had two weddings done by them - and I am delighted that I took her recommendation! Eric and Maria were professional and responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The bride had selected four colors for her wedding, and they did a super job incorporating the colors as she wanted. The wedding party bouquets and boutonnieres were beautiful, and the floral arrangements for the ceremony and the reception were stunning - several guests asked where we had gotten such gorgeous flowers! In addition to the wedding event, they also provided floral arrangements for a clambake and a shower, with equally wonderful results. We enjoyed the arrangements personally after the wedding, sharing some with a nursing home, and the flowers lasted a long time. Throughout the process, Eric and Maria were attentive and detail-oriented, making sure they knew our wishes and carrying them out perfectly. They were reasonably priced, and provided so much value in so many ways for our wedding. They have a loyal customer here!!

Russells was a wonderful florist to work with. They provided beautiful flowers at a very fair price and delivered them exactly when I asked for them. I was very, very happy with their work and with all the flowers that we used at the wedding!

Russell's Florist was perfect. They are very easy to work with and my flowers were absolutely gorgeous! I must have met with Maria a good handful of times as I added more and more to what I wanted and she was very patient, professional and knowledgable. I can't rave enough about how beautiful my flowers were that day, better than I even imagined. I asked for a spring mix and they delivered just that. Everything was delivered on time, even the gardenia for my hair that was delivered separately to the salon. They were reasonably priced and give you bouquets that are full and perfectly positioned. I highly recommend this florist! :-)

Russel's did my flowers for my wedding and my bachellorette bash! They were the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen! Maria was fabulous and did such a nice job with attending to our requests and putting together such beautiful bouquets. My flowers are still alive and thriving after 10 days!!!! A definate recommendation for any occassion!

Russell's Florist designed beautiful bouquets, centerpieces and urns for our ocean-side wedding ceremony. They were extremely flexible and working out gorgeous designs at a reasonable price. They were also extremely accommodating of our wedding on a busy weekend (Mother's Day)! We had an awesome experience working with them and our flowers were gorgeous.

I was so pleased with the quality of the flowers we had at our wedding. I changed what I wanted two weeks before the wedding and Maria was so accommodating and helpful. She also offered good advice on what I needed at the church and reception venue. The prices were reasonable and the quality was excellent.

I was disappointed with the services. I expected a lot more from such a well known florist in the Gloucester area! They forgot about our initial appointment and therefore did not have the flowers in the shop for me to see. They did try to rectify this by having a sample of my bridal bouquet delivered to my house. After receiving the bouquet I decided to make some slight changes and set up another meeting. I went over the changes and was told I would receive an updated quote a few days later. After a week or two I needed to contact them again to get the quote. On the day of the wedding the maid of honor's bouquet was missing the calla lillies that I wanted in her bouquet in order to make it different from the other bridesmaids and because it was her favorite flower. With that said though the flowers were beautiful and affordable.

The one hiccup and detail that went wrong on my wedding day was the flowers being the wrong color! I was very specific with what I wanted when I met with the owner, Miranda Russell. Working in the wedding business myself, I'm pretty meticulous and I knew the specific flowers and colors I wanted. I wanted PEACH (a pastel, LIGHT, soft, color) and sea-foam green as the main colors. When my bouquets arrived they were ORANGE! Nowhere near peach! I put a lot of effort into a DIY wedding and had all my other details perfectly planned but once the flowers arrived the wrong color, I was livid! Especially since I paid A LOT for them! My bridesmaids and my Mother were able to calm me down and remind me that the flowers were not THAT important and I eventually just let it roll off my shoulders and enjoyed the rest of my day, ignoring the orange flowers.

I would not recommend Russell's Florist to anyone nor will I ever use them again in the future! Too expensive, and my flowers did not match my wedding's color scheme!
