Being that I'm not from Frankenmuth, I didn't know many places for wedding photography. I had Karen as my photographer because I saw some of her work and loved it. They weren't always quick to answer my emails, so I suggest calling if you have any questions. As far as flexibility, it all depends on the day you are trying to book--- I got married on a Sunday and we had to work out a time with the chapel since she was busy all morning with pictures for church events. PRO: Excellent pictures, you get what you pay for. CONS: A little pricey (but you get what you pay for--- I ordered the highest package, she was there from pre-wedding pictures till after the cake and some festivities, got a CD of all the pictures and a leather bound book with all my pictures)

We hired Karen from Rummel for our wedding photographer and were disappointed. Her demeanor was very abrasive and rude. Several members of the wedding party commented that she had made criticisms about our wedding during the event. Our pictures were very average. We had asked for some pictures that were more candid, not so posey and contrived, however, she just seemed to do what she wanted without regard to what I asked for. Her bad attitude and lack of genuine concern for our satisfaction was the worst part of my wedding day. Thankfully, the rest of the wedding was lovely, and we did not let her ruin our day, but hiring Rummel was THE WORST wedding decision we made. Dealing with Karen after our wedding to get the album/prints together was also torture. She simply is not a nice or friendly person and she is very judgemental. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a photographer who enjoys partaking in your special day
