She was professional, reliable, and incredibly organized, which made the entire planning process and wedding day stress-free and enjoyable. It was so special having Nicole be a part of our wedding day. We got married last week on 10/30/22 and couldn't have done it without her. Where to begin! It’s now almost 4 months past our wedding in June, that Nicole coordinated for us as the ‘day-of-coordinator’. She was fantastic to work with. Nicole began working with us a couple of months prior. She met us at our venue twice for a walk through to make sure she heard our vision, just the way we pictured it. She is an empathetic person who wants to help deliver the best service she can for you, to make your day all that you want, without having to worry any step of the way. And this is what our experience was. The day of our wedding was so peaceful and FUN! Even with the minor hiccups, she handled it and left us to be present with one another and our guests. Our wedding day flowed so beautifully and she made sure everything happened and was in place as we wanted, that was within her control. Our guests are still saying what a good vibe it was! Great and accommodating wedding coordinator.

From my first meeting with Nicole at Ruddy Events, I knew we would be in good hands. She has so much knowledge and because of her expertise she was so helpful in guiding us through the wedding planning process. Before hiring Nicole I was anxious about how my wedding would come together. After meeting with her, I felt so much more relieved and excited for the day.
The rehearsal went over so smooth thanks to her guidance. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch, she helped set up beautifully and made adjustments due to the wind and venue. Everything was absolutely perfect and a dream come true and a lot of that was because of Nicole and her amazing attention to detail and time management. Nicole was absolutely fantastic! To begin, my wife and I were married on 2/26/2022. Throughout the process, from multiple planning sessions to the day of the wedding, Nicole was accommodating and patient with us the entire time. She was knowledgeable, and helped direct us to numerous vendors.

She primarily served as our day-of coordinator, and ensured everything went according to the itinerary she created. Although a few hiccups occurred throughout the day, from our mariachi group arriving late to our wedding ceremony to the bundtini party favors not being picked up when they should have, Nicole helped us make everything work. Our wedding day turned out to be beautiful, and incredibly fun for our entire family!

Nicole also helped us in setting up the reception venue, as well as take everything down after the evening was over. I would absolutely recommend Nicole as a wedding planner and day-of coordinator!
