RSVP Ink did a beautiful job on my invitations. I met with Alessa one time and she was able to create exactly what I wanted immediately. I received so many compliments on my invites. They were beautiful!

In response to the review about the paper being cut the wrong size: I do not cut the paper, I have a company that does that for me. I offered the bride a discount since she offered to assemble her invites herself. Since I was not the one putting them together I had no idea they were cut the wrong size until I received the phone call. I offered to have them cut to the correct size and the groom to be said no. I offered to pay for him to take them somewhere else and have them cut and again he said no. He only wanted me to refund him some money. The invitations were custom designed and gorgeous! Since then I have not allowed anyone to assemble their invitations to avoid this from happening again.
The other review was from the owner of the local UPS store. I did not take any notes because I knew exactly what they wanted because I showed them a sample from a previous bride and they wanted the exact same thing but a different color. I offered them (since they WERE business friends of mine) a huge price break! I offered them all the materials at cost and the print files (since they printed everything for me) I would just charge them a design fee. I do not know why they wanted me to provide them with an additional proof since they were the ones printing and assembling their invitations. A sample proof was provided and our first meeting and I was only ever asked to provide the print files. Since then they have refused to do business with me and they are bashing me over the Internet! That is very unprofessional. I provided to them everything I said I would and as they mentioned the invites were gorgeous and they received a lot of complements. There are 2 sides to every story.
I have been in business for 8 years and I always tell my Brides I charge a proof fee which will be deducted from the price of your invitations and I also tell them I prioritize by wedding dates,

RSVP Ink went above and beyond my expectations. My daughter's wedding invitations were amazing! We wanted elegant and simple with a little bling. RSVP Ink created a formal invitation, complete with a monogram punctuated with a Swarovski crystal! Alessa was always available, either by email, call, text or appointment. She also took care of addressing all the invitations, creating the seating chart, and printing the cake napkins. Everything was completed and delivered on time.
RSVP Ink should be on your consideration list for invitations!

After our first meeting, we were very excited about our invitations! We gave Alessa all the information we needed for our invitations and the date we wanted to send them. She said that it wouldn't be a problem. We were worried when she took no notes during our meeting. We received electronic proofs in a couple days, which looked great. After that, things went down hill. I was told I would be charged for a printed proof, which was never communicated to us previously. Communication with her was always intermittent and I ended up reaching out to her for status. As the date we wanted to send out our invitations got closer, we were told she didn't remember that date and that we were sending out our invitations way too early. After much back and forth, we were provided the print file for our invitation and envelopes so that we could get them out by the date. The end product that we got was beautiful. However, there was too much headache involved to get to that point.

I would first let them know that we spent a lot of money for invitations that we basically had to have recut and redo ourselves. She is unavailable and not willing to respond to e-mails. I needed to mail out the wedding invites at least 6 weeks out and she had several excuses as to why they were not completed. She did not follow through with any of the correct ribbon that we chose and basically I paid to have her give me the invites that I had to put together. I had to go to the craft store and spend $40.00 on extra ribbon just to make them look presentable. They looked awful. She was completely unwilling to take any responsibility. It really was disheartening. I am a very nice and flexible person and felt that my "niceness and flexibility" was taken advantage of by her. I would not recommend this vendor for wedding invitations.

The biggest regret I had planning our wedding was using RSVP Ink for our invitations. Red flags popped up immediately when Alessa wouldn't respond to emails in a timely manner. There were a lot of issues working with her but the biggest was when she gave us the invitations late and they did not fit in the envelope. Even better, she wouldn't take responsibility for it! So, I had to pay to get the invitations recut so they would fit. If I had more time to get invitations from another service, I would have demanded a full refund. Bottom line...terrible service, very unprofessional owner, save yourself the aggravation and use someone else.
