HORRIFIC photography experience. I got married on 10.15.11 and to this day am still missing wedding photos. I could not contact her several months post-wedding, and it took NINE months to receive the photos I have today. I am still missing half of my formal photos, including a family picture with my now deceased grandfather, and even though I have mentioned this to her several times, she refuses to send me the rest of my pictures. For such a special day, Roz made this experience AWFUL, and sadly the nightmare has not (nor may ever) come to an end. I did not receive all of my print credit, my online portal, a portion of our promo cards, our wedding book, and all of our photos. I also did not get money back.
