Royal Palms Resort and Spa can accommodate up to 180 guests over their multiple event spaces. The Alegria Garden is a private outdoor courtyard which is enclosed with four stone walls and surrounded by nature. The elevated stone platform in the garden is perfect for exchanging vows. The Vernadero Lawn offers a view of the sunset, mood lighting, pam stress, and the ability to host a ceremony and reception in the space. The Camelback Vista is a lush garden with a view of the Camelback Mountain, and is ideal for an intimate wedding. The Estrella Salon is perfect for a formal reception and features high-beamed ceilings with wrought iron chandeliers and Mediterranean colors. There is also a patio and the private Estrella Garden. The Palmera Salon is a warm venue space with an ornate fireplace, an adjoining lounge that offers a comfortable social area, and the ability to accommodate 120 guests. The Cervantes Room and Lounge includes wood flooring and wood beamed ceilings, along with its amazing history. The Orange Grove is an intimate dining area, originally built in 1929. Flawless Wedding Experience
We fell in love with the Royal Palms as our wedding venue but weren’t sure if we would be able to pull off a wedding in a short amount of time (3 months). Working with Vanessa and Whitney made everything come together wonderfully, and we were absolutely thrilled with how beautiful out wedding was. Both ladies coordinated with us consistently and answered any questions that we had, and made sure to communicate constantly with our wedding planner. Most amazing wedding venue
This place is breathtaking when you walk in . The perfect backdrop for your wedding . You could spend 10,000 on flowers and wouldn’t have the backdrop already there . Wed like Royalty
Ohhh the Royal Palms. I first stepped foot on the property for a work event in 2018. The moment you enter the grand driveway, you know you have arrived somewhere special, with rich history and beautiful surroundings. I remember saying to myself "I could totally envision our wedding here" and that sentiment never left me. When we decided to get married in Arizona, we went on a trip to visit the area's most sought after venues. I kept an open mind, but the Royal Palms was where my heart was at. The Royal Palms is an experience that begins from the moment you drive up. The curb appeal (no matter time of year) is sensational. The flowers, the landscaping, the property is impeccable. The valet staff (shout-out to Bob) are beyond warm and welcoming, starting your visit off right. Given the size and intimacy of the resort, you feel special and taken care of. We have stayed there various times leading up to our wedding and always felt like VIPs.
Working with Tami Spencer was an absolute dream (oh Tami, we love you). She is such an incredible representation of the brand, bending over backwards to make sure every detail was personalized to our tastes. Nothing was impossible, everything was a thoughtful discussion and collaboration between the Royal Palms and our design / planning team. She wanted our event to be curated and bespoke for us, not cookie cutter. Our event spanned four spaces (Alegria Garden, Alegria Lawn, Orange Grove, Palmera Salon) and the flow was seamless and felt private. The entire staff was focused on us and our guests and we could not be more grateful.
Holy food. Everything we ate was sensational!
At cocktail hour, we would highly recommend the Ahi Tuna Tacos, Smoked Salmon Crostini, Petit Monte Cristo, and Braised Beef Short Rib Beignets.
We also asked for the world's most epic Charcuterie and the team DELIVERED (jaws dropped)
For dinner, we had the duo entree of beef tenderloin and chilean sea-bass and everyone's palates were ROCKED. Guests are still messaging me about the food! We had the pleasure of meeting with the chef and he was SO lovely. I will never forget the servers bringing out the food to each table, it truly felt like we were back in time with impeccable, royal service.In a word, "impressive".
And cake.....you must try the bavarian cream with chocolate chips. Life-changing.
I could go on and on but what I want you to walk away with is the feeling that at the Royal Palms, you will feel special. You are not just another event or a number, you're a special couple. Everyone on the staff made us and our guests feel like complete rockstars from the moment they set foot on property. Valet, bartenders, servers, everyone. We are forever grateful and cannot wait to visit!
