Everything from the food, to the communication to the service was exceptional. They make a wedding a truly memorable event for everyone! We received rave reviews on the food, the setting and the service. It was a really special event! The wedding shadow they provide is a gift, if the bride or groom (or MOB or FOB) needs something, they are there! Need something dropped off at the room...done!, need a drink refreshed?...done. It was wonderful! The setting for those coming from out of state makes everyone fall in love with Arizona! It's a magical venue.

Royal Palms was our dream venue. Everything about it is elegant. Our wedding was only 100 people and RP was the perfect, intimate setting for our perfect day. As an out of state bride, it was so relieving to have such an excellent team at the Palms to make sure everything came together. Even in late December, no one was cold eating outside past 6 pm because they have space heaters. Their updated ballrooms are gorgeous for late night dancing. Every aspect of how I wanted the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and late night dancing was carried out exactly how I specified it. Truly impressive.

But let me tell you about the FOOD. This was not wedding food, this was high end restaurant quality I cant believe I am eating this type food. Nearly every single guest raved about the apps, the drinks, the late night snacks and the dinner.

Our suite was so beautiful and they even decorated it the night of our wedding. We enjoyed a relaxing day at the spa the next day. Every person we came into contact with at RP was so helpful and so willing to make sure our experience was excellent, especially our on site coordinator Sarah Spain.

We absolutely cannot wait to come back to the Palms for years to come to celebrate our anniversary. The magic of Royal Palms never wears off.

We fell in love with the Royal Palms as our wedding venue but weren’t sure if we would be able to pull off a wedding in a short amount of time (3 months). Working with Vanessa and Whitney made everything come together wonderfully, and we were absolutely thrilled with how beautiful out wedding was. Both ladies coordinated with us consistently and answered any questions that we had, and made sure to communicate constantly with our wedding planner. The wedding went smoothly and we couldn’t imagine having had it anywhere else other than the Royal Palms.

This place is breathtaking when you walk in . The perfect backdrop for your wedding . You could spend 10,000 on flowers and wouldn’t have the backdrop already there . The staff was so kind and courteous. Food was delicious the whole day was a dream . Lindsay was so helpful with our whole wedding . They were so easy to work with and accommodating

The moment you enter the grand driveway, you know you have arrived somewhere special, with rich history and beautiful surroundings. I remember saying to myself "I could totally envision our wedding here" and that sentiment never left me. When we decided to get married in Arizona, we went on a trip to visit the area's most sought after venues. I kept an open mind, but the Royal Palms was where my heart was at. After just a few minutes on-site, we all agreed "this is it".

The Royal Palms is an experience that begins from the moment you drive up. The curb appeal (no matter time of year) is sensational. The flowers, the landscaping, the property is impeccable. The valet staff (shout-out to Bob) are beyond warm and welcoming, starting your visit off right. Given the size and intimacy of the resort, you feel special and taken care of. We have stayed there various times leading up to our wedding and always felt like VIPs.

Working with Tami Spencer was an absolute dream (oh Tami, we love you). She is such an incredible representation of the brand, bending over backwards to make sure every detail was personalized to our tastes. Nothing was impossible, everything was a thoughtful discussion and collaboration between the Royal Palms and our design / planning team. She wanted our event to be curated and bespoke for us, not cookie cutter. Our event spanned four spaces (Alegria Garden, Alegria Lawn, Orange Grove, Palmera Salon) and the flow was seamless and felt private. The entire staff was focused on us and our guests and we could not be more grateful.

Holy food. Everything we ate was sensational!
At cocktail hour, we would highly recommend the Ahi Tuna Tacos, Smoked Salmon Crostini, Petit Monte Cristo, and Braised Beef Short Rib Beignets.
We also asked for the world's most epic Charcuterie and the team DELIVERED (jaws dropped)
For dinner, we had the duo entree of beef tenderloin and chilean sea-bass and everyone's palates were ROCKED. Guests are still messaging me about the food! We had the pleasure of meeting with the chef and he was SO lovely. I will never forget the servers bringing out the food to each table, it truly felt like we were back in time with impeccable, royal service.In a word, "impressive".
And cake.....you must try the bavarian cream with chocolate chips. Life-changing.

Gorgeous venue, even better staff. So thankful for everyone that participated in our big day. Each and every person we encountered was there to ensure our day was magical and we are so appreciative of that. They even provided a shadow for the day who provided us with whatever we may have needed which was such a special touch!

Royal Palms was an absolute dream for our venue. It is a stunning spot with so many unique places to take pictures in. We had a beautiful suite for the bridal party to get ready in which made the wedding day even more special. Everyone LOVED every part of the meal from the cocktail party appetizers to the entree to the cake- I wish we could eat it all over again. They did an exceptional job!

Our recent wedding at the Royal Palms was a true fairy tail. Everything from planning the event to the actual wedding day went smoothly, and far exceeded any expectations that my husband and I had. The food was exceptional. The service and professionalism of the banquet team was absolutely superb. This was the most incredible day and beyond anything that we could have ever dreamt of!
