Facilities and Capacity
This expansive two-story Queen Anne-Eastlake home boasts an array of indoor and outdoor event spaces for special occasions throughout the year. For those seeking to make the most of The Grand Canyon State’s sunshine, the Lath House Pavilion is ideal for intimate ceremonies. This site is influenced by 19th-century concepts of botanical conservatories and gazebos. Featuring glass ceilings, decorated trees, and ambient string lighting, this area has ample space for seated guests, a dance floor, and live entertainment. Further outside spaces include the site’s curated garden areas. Adjacent to the main building, these gardens grant couples complete creative license to produce the setting they’ve always dreamed of. Post-ceremony festivities can also take place here and include a covered area for dining. What’s more, the brick house features a moon date arch and a wrap-around porch that makes for great photo opportunities and a quaint area to enjoy cocktails. These outdoor event spaces allow couples and their guests to rejoice in a tranquil environment as two families become one. Indoor event spaces include the Rosson that doubles as a museum and is ideal for smaller gatherings of up to 40 guests. Furthermore, all celebrations that take place in outdoor areas can host up to 1,000 people. Additional facilities include a catering kitchen and a bridal suite for you and your wedding party to relax and get ready ahead of the festivities.
Upon booking your wedding at this venue, the site’s staff will be on-hand to ensure that your big day runs without interruption. As well as offering several rental items such as tables and chairs, the staff can also breakdown all decorations at the end of your night. This allows you to truly immerse yourself within the festivities without having to worry about any mess being made. The venue welcomes you to work with outside vendors to make sure that all aspects of your day are catered for and nothing is left to chance. On-site parking is also provided for vendors and guest's convenience.
The Rosson House is a fully restored Victorian building that was built in 1895. The museum offers a glimpse into the late 19th century and what life was like for those living through that period. It was restored in the 1970s through a community effort that involved the City of Phoenix, many local businesses, and countless volunteers.

Our dream wedding location
It was super important for us to get married in downtown Phoenix, and Heritage Square was perfect. We chose the Lath Pavilion, which, despite being only partially shaded, was totally tolerable even at the end of September. They were truly wonderful to work with; Shannon was very responsive, accommodating, friendly, and professional. A huge bonus was that they let us choose our own vendors, which allowed us to personalize our wedding AND save money! The venue was absolutely beautiful on the day of the wedding without a ton of extra decorating; we kept it simple and it still looked great. The venue also allowed for really great photo backdrops within walking distance. Overall, it was absolutely perfect and we are so happy we chose Heritage Square.Sent on 10/03/2019

I had both my ceremony and reception in the Lath Pavilion at Heritage Square. I have always loved this spot- it is so charming and beautiful all on its own. Erika was very helpful in finding a date that would work for us and in setting up tables and chairs prior to my arrival at the venue. It was a challenge to set everything up for this venue since they only provide tables and chairs, but it was worth it! My whole family was going on and on about how beautiful the setting was for our wedding!Sent on 03/09/2017
