We had our wedding at the Heritage Square Lath Pavilion and chose Affordable Rentals to rent our tables, chairs, linens, lighting, evap coolers, chafing dishes, dance floor, and some other smaller items. They were so friendly and easy to work with, had great advice tailored to the venue, and helped ensure the night went through without a hitch. Everything looked great the day of the wedding! We would absolutely use them again for event rentals, and recommend them to anyone.

Only issue we had was the PA system we rented from them would not work with electronic wireless devices. Other than that Easy pickup and delivery, affordable price. Rented cocktail tables and chairs also.

This company was really interested in making my wedding magical, not making money. I called them with disorganized questions. They gave me quality advice and were so willing to bend over backwards to help me get exactly what I was looking for. When they didn't have what I was looking for, they gave me numbers and websites for contacts that did. They have great prices too! I was so grateful for them!

We recommend Affordable Party rentals they are not only the most affordable they are very nice people to work with. We will defiantly use their services again.

We hired Affordable Rentals for setup/breakdown during our wedding ceremony and reception. They were reliable and familiar with our venue. Customer service was fantastic!

Overall, Affordable Party Rentals was easy to work with, quick to respond, and provided a quality product and service. I would definitely go to them again for a party rental in the future. The only issue I had with them was when they sent the incorrect invoice, which had to be corrected. Other than that, we had a great experience. They were on time with the delivery, set-up, and pick-up, and I would definitely recommend them.

This company is amazing!! I hired this Vendor for lighting purposes. Bob & his partner were very professional and informative! Bob gave me ideas on floor plans for tables, the bar and dance floor... not because he was trying to tell me how to set up my wedding, but how to get the most usage of the venue. The bistro light setup looked so good and was well lit for my outside venue. The set up was quick. The breakdown was quick. These guys are awesome!!!!
