Venue 122 was the perfect choice for our event.

We choose Venue 122 for our 60th Wedding Anniversary celebration. We are glad we did!
The Events Manager was professional, friendly, efficient, easy to work with and to communicate with, and completely understood what we wanted and needed.
The event was planned for outdoors but due to the unseasonably hot temperatures that changed about 36 hours before the event. It was no problem to make the change.
Venue 122 staff recommended a caterer who was fantastic.
The Events Manager helped our performer use their sound system, so the music was better than anticipated.
All in all, the event gets an A+.

We are immensely grateful to have had Stacy Faherty help us throughout our wedding! We were lucky to find this gem for our wedding and Stacy went above and beyond to make sure our big day went smooth! The venue has so much character and we loved using the indoor area for our wedding ceremony and the beautiful patio area for the reception. Originally we were supposed to have around 50 guests and that turned into 160. Stacy was quick to respond and let us know that these accommodations could be made with no hassle whatsoever. She worked late nights past her regular hours to make sure we had all of our questions answered, went into detail for other items we might need that we forgot to consider, gave us a list of vendors, and even helped with the wedding planning portion of the ceremony and the reception even though that is not in her job description at all. Stacy was a blessing to have in such a stressful time during the planning, she made sure we were going to be okay and we definitely had a marvelous day thanks to all of her hard work! The venue itself is gorgeous. We were able to use the art gallery as our cocktail lounge area, take great photos in front of the venue, took advantage of the bridal bungalow in the back to get ready, and the reception was perfect outside. They used their string lights to create beautiful ambiance lighting and Stacy did her magic to arrange the layout for the tables/food/dj/bar to make sure it flowed well. Overall it was a wonderful day, beautiful venue, and the staff was professional and incredibly kind!

This was the perfect location for my dream wedding! The outside was a perfect setting for our ceremony, both the inside and the outside were great for a reception. The sound was great, the staff was great and we didn't have to go anywhere else for pictures because the location itself provided fabulous background.

Everything pertaining to my event and dealing with this venue was phenomenal. Rachel is absolutely amazing at her job and went above and beyond to make our wedding day amazing. My e-mails were always answered quickly - even at times of day when I knew Rachel wasn't at work. She was always willing to let me come in and talk to her or look at the facilities and even helped me work through some more personal conflicts regarding the wedding. The other members of the AZJHS crew is just as great as Rachel. I am so glad we went with them. Working with them was probably the easiest part of planning our wedding!

With the process of planning our wedding, my husband and I needed a space that would be within our budget, allowed flexibility with catering, and accommodated the amount of guests we planned to have. We went through many venue lists and saw a few but none offered a package like this center did. It was affordable, had a great vintage atmosphere, and allowed a more than reasonable timeline for the day. We originally worked with Chelsea and she was great. Then we worked with Melissa who was very friendly and helped us with everything leading up to the wedding. We love that this center was incredibly flexible with the ideas we had for decor and overall theme of our wedding. I love that the sanctuary still has the original balcony and floor, it really gave a vintage touch to my day. The Garden is a great space and accommodated everything we needed. My only complaint was that when we arrived the day of the wedding, the bridal suite was incredibly hot. I'm not sure if there was a problem with the A/C or they didn't turn it on until closer to the time we were arriving but, I was very sweaty and tried my best to cool down while getting my gown on and taking pictures. There was also a detail that was not noted in our contract, that we had discussed in our first meeting to book the venue. Melissa was great and able to help us resolve and everything worked out in the end. If you are looking for a venue that is a space for you to do what you want in terms of decor and catering, this is a good choice. They do have a few guidelines but nothing that is unreasonable.

The lady that was helping us got a new job before the event and the one who replaced her was horrible. She left in the middle of the event without telling us and there was no one to help us. Then we were there until 1 a.m. cleaning up by ourselves.

This venue was a in a great location for a midtown/downtown Phoenix wedding. The park and library were great additions for photos! You can't go wrong to take a photo with the golden panda at Margaret T. Hance Park. The garden was a beautiful place for a ceremony. A great canvas for any theme. Our wedding was a retro baseball theme. The historical building was a great backdrop. The wedding coordinator was difficult to get a hold of and not professional. Her team that day were mostly young teenagers. The rest of the normal staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The Sanctuary was a good space for a reception. Not the biggest room for a dance floor but we made due. Overall, a good venue for a mid-sized wedding.
