TWW Events did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding flowers. Everything was stunning and brought so much life and color to our reception. I had a last-minute panic when I realized I forgot to order a flower girl bouquet, and they handled it without any problem, quickly creating something beautiful on the spot.

They also made a custom-built varmala for my spouse, which was absolutely incredible and so meaningful to us. The flowers were one of the most beautiful parts of the entire day and truly helped make the celebration feel vibrant and unforgettable. I am so grateful for their creativity, professionalism, and care. Highly recommend!

First, I need to preface that this review will be split in two, one for the wedding coordinator, Kathy, and one for the florist, Jacque as they are separate entities but still use the same name.

First, our wedding coordinator, Kathy, the MVP of the entire wedding. Kathy was affordable and worth every penny and then some, you want your wedding to go without a hitch? You hire Kathy. She was an incredible person to have on the team, we originally hired her for week of coordination but she started working with us a YEAR in advance instead. As a veteran of the area, she knows everyone in the business and got us great deals on seats, tablecloths, plates, etc. She kept us on track the entire year in the build-up to the wedding, nothing got swept under the rug or forgotten and she never got frustrated with us if we fell behind on any of the tasks we needed to do. She was totally professional, friendly, and nothing flustered her. On the day of the wedding, she came with her game face on and took charge of all the final details. Two instances during our wedding encapsulates how incredible Kathy is, first was when my wife realized that her dress wasn't hemmed high enough, causing her to take tiny steps or fall down. I asked Kathy for help and it turns out that she had brought her sewing kit and in less than 10 minutes had adjusted karen's dress and she had no problems walking and dancing afterwards. The other moment was when my SIL's son only wanted McDonalds, she goes up to Kathy to ask to see if she could return to the wedding if she left, and Kathy instead asked her if she had cash and sent her assistant, who was also very sweet, to go grab it instead so that my SIL could stay at the wedding. Kathy was just the best.

Our florist, Jacque, was also incredible, very communicative and completely understood the vision we wanted even when we weren't totally sure ourselves. On the day of our wedding the flowers looked amazing and fit the desert theme of the desert botanical garden's in PHX. The arrangements smelled amazing, though make sure you bring a covering for your drinks as it unavoidably attracts lots of fruit flies to the table! We even saved the arrangements on the dinner tables for our brunch the next day and gave them out to a number of people, all of whom loved them. We kept the bouquet, which was stunning, and we're in the middle of pressing them to preserve them, even a week after the wedding, the flowers are still giving off a lovely smell!

I cannot say enough great things about Jacque and her team! It was a great experience even from the very beginning; we had an in-person meeting and Jacque is so kind, funny and really wanted to make our vision come to life. WHICH SHE DID! My husband and I wanted herbs, artichokes, greenery along with flowers and candles for our tables . This was hard for us to picture but Jacque had ZERO doubts and was confident she could make this gorgeous. To say we were blown away is an understatement! I will never get over how beautiful she made our wedding. If you want a florist that has the skill and creativity to make your vision come true book with TWW Events!! Jacque is so much fun and an amazing person all around!! When we first met, I could see my ideas and dreams come to life in her head. I knew I could trust my dream and vision with her and she NAILED IT!! The flowers and decorations pulled everything together and I cannot thank you enough. You are so sweet and we had fun planning it. My bouquet was everything I dreamed of! Thank you for being such an amazing florist and person overall!

TWW Events and Jacque are great!! Before I hired this florist, I met with 2 other ones. I knew right away that she was a great fit. She listened to my vision, showed me examples of flowers based on my feedback, and also walked me through what floral would be more expensive than others. All of which was very helpful. TWW Events also has non-floral decor such as candles, which made it easy to get all of that in one place. On the day of our wedding, we were blown away. The floral & decor exceeded our expectations!

Flowers were absolutely beautiful. Jacque was so sweet, easy to work with. Would definitely recommend her for anyone's wedding. She did a great job.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Jacque Kathy and their team made all my wedding dreams come true!! They went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted and more on our wedding day! Jacque and Kathy both have amazing attention to detail and are great about keeping to your budget! Jacque did an amazing job with the florals and decor, everything was truly stunning. Kathy was the BEST wedding planner I could have asked for. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and was a dream to work with. My wedding was so seamless and stress free because of these two amazing ladies and their team!! I can’t thank them enough!

We hired Kathy for planning and day of. To say she was amazing is an understatement! She was such a great help with planning, details, organization, and I could honestly say I would have another wedding just knowing she would be my wedding planner and I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. She worked with me and my family for 2 years thanks to covid, so she technically planned 2 weddings for me. Without her I would have been so lost. If you are looking for a wedding planner PLEASE PLEASE look no further and hire Kathy and TWW. They are beyond amazing and will make your day exactly how you dreamt of!

I used TWW Events for both my day of wedding planning needs and my florist and decorator. It was such a positive and wonderful experience.
Kathy was my Day of Planner. From the moment we met in March 2020, she was so kind, helpful and organized. My big resort wedding with 200 people suddenly became a 20 person backyard wedding...and Kathy handled it all with such ease and grace. She was so helpful in contacting my resort to change our plans and was so supportive as we decided how to make our wedding work.
On the day of our wedding, Kathy handled everything. She greeted every vendor, made sure everything was flowing, and was so nice throughout.
Kathy is a very sweet person which I really loved as part of my wedding experience. 24 hours before my wedding the lights weren't working in our tent and Kathy answered my call at 9:30 pm to talk me through it and be of service. I loved working with her.
i worked with Jacque on flowers and decor. My absolute dream was to have a candlelight backyard wedding and she made my dream come true x1000. We had a twinkle light tent, the most beautiful backdrop, a candlelit aisle, and the most beautiful table settings you can imagine. Jacque is kind, creative, and works incredibly hard. She helped me create my dream wedding, put me in touch with the best vendors, and was available to me throughout the planning (and planning again with COVID.)

Jacque is amazing! She is so sweet and easy to talk to. When I showed up to our first consultation, I showed a picture of what I wanted for chairs down the aisle at our ceremony and she goes “that’s my arrangement!” And pulled the photo out of her files on her computer. That’s how I knew she was the one for us! She asked lots of questions to make sure she brought our vision to life and gave some suggestions that she also wasn’t offended by us declining. Overall, I loved everything she did for us, from the arch, bouquet, centerpieces to cake flowers/succulents. I’m going to miss talking to her, she is such a joy! Highly recommend her!
