Perfect to work with

TWW Events did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding flowers. Everything was stunning and brought so much life and color to our reception. I had a last-minute panic when I realized I forgot to order a flower girl bouquet, and they handled it without any problem, quickly creating something beautiful on the spot.

They also made a custom-built varmala for my spouse, which was absolutely incredible and so meaningful to us. The flowers were one of the most beautiful parts of the entire day and truly helped make the celebration feel vibrant and unforgettable. I am so grateful for their creativity, professionalism, and care. Highly recommend!

Both incredible Wedding Coordinator and Florist

First, I need to preface that this review will be split in two, one for the wedding coordinator, Kathy, and one for the florist, Jacque as they are separate entities but still use the same name.

First, our wedding coordinator, Kathy, the MVP of the entire wedding. Kathy was affordable and worth every penny and then some, you want your wedding to go without a hitch? You hire Kathy. She was an incredible person to have on the team, we originally hired her for week of coordination but she started working with us a YEAR in advance instead. As a veteran of the area, she knows everyone in the business and got us great deals on seats, tablecloths, plates, etc. She kept us on track the entire year in the build-up to the wedding, nothing got swept under the rug or forgotten and she never got frustrated with us if we fell behind on any of the tasks we needed to do. She was totally professional, friendly, and nothing flustered her. On the day of the wedding, she came with her game face on and took charge of all the final details. Two instances during our wedding encapsulates how incredible Kathy is, first was when my wife realized that her dress wasn't hemmed high enough, causing her to take tiny steps or fall down. I asked Kathy for help and it turns out that she had brought her sewing kit and in less than 10 minutes had adjusted karen's dress and she had no problems walking and dancing afterwards. The other moment was when my SIL's son only wanted McDonalds, she goes up to Kathy to ask to see if she could return to the wedding if she left, and Kathy instead asked her if she had cash and sent her assistant, who was also very sweet, to go grab it instead so that my SIL could stay at the wedding. Kathy was just the best.

Our florist, Jacque, was also incredible, very communicative and completely understood the vision we wanted even when we weren't totally sure ourselves. On the day of our wedding the flowers looked amazing and fit the desert theme of the desert botanical garden's in PHX. The arrangements smelled amazing, though make sure you bring a covering for your drinks as it unavoidably attracts lots of fruit flies to the table! We even saved the arrangements on the dinner tables for our brunch the next day and gave them out to a number of people, all of whom loved them. We kept the bouquet, which was stunning, and we're in the middle of pressing them to preserve them, even a week after the wedding, the flowers are still giving off a lovely smell!

A True Artist! The Best in the Game!

I cannot say enough great things about Jacque and her team! It was a great experience even from the very beginning; we had an in-person meeting and Jacque is so kind, funny and really wanted to make our vision come to life. WHICH SHE DID! My husband and I wanted herbs, artichokes, greenery along with flowers and candles for our tables . This was hard for us to picture but Jacque had ZERO doubts and was confident she could make this gorgeous. To say we were blown away is an understatement! I will never get over how beautiful she made our wedding. If you want a florist that has the skill and creativity to make your vision come true book with TWW Events!! Perfect florist and amazing person!

Jacque is so much fun and an amazing person all around!! When we first met, I could see my ideas and dreams come to life in her head. I knew I could trust my dream and vision with her and she NAILED IT!! The flowers and decorations pulled everything together and I cannot thank you enough. An amazing florist!

TWW Events and Jacque are great!! Before I hired this florist, I met with 2 other ones. I knew right away that she was a great fit. She listened to my vision, showed me examples of flowers based on my feedback, and also walked me through what floral would be more expensive than others. All of which was very helpful. TWW Events also has non-floral decor such as candles, which made it easy to get all of that in one place. On the day of our wedding, we were blown away. The floral & decor exceeded our expectations!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Jacque Kathy and their team made all my wedding dreams come true!! They went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted and more on our wedding day! Jacque and Kathy both have amazing attention to detail and are great about keeping to your budget! Jacque did an amazing job with the florals and decor, everything was truly stunning. Kathy was the BEST wedding planner I could have asked for. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and was a dream to work with. My wedding was so seamless and stress free because of these two amazing ladies and their team!! I can’t thank them enough!

Amazing!!!!

We hired Kathy for planning and day of. To say she was amazing is an understatement! She was such a great help with planning, details, organization, and I could honestly say I would have another wedding just knowing she would be my wedding planner and I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. She worked with me and my family for 2 years thanks to covid, so she technically planned 2 weddings for me. Without her I would have been so lost. The best in arizona

I used TWW Events for both my day of wedding planning needs and my florist and decorator. It was such a positive and wonderful experience.
Kathy was my Day of Planner. From the moment we met in March 2020, she was so kind, helpful and organized. My big resort wedding with 200 people suddenly became a 20 person backyard wedding...and Kathy handled it all with such ease and grace. She was so helpful in contacting my resort to change our plans and was so supportive as we decided how to make our wedding work.
On the day of our wedding, Kathy handled everything. She greeted every vendor, made sure everything was flowing, and was so nice throughout.
Kathy is a very sweet person which I really loved as part of my wedding experience. 24 hours before my wedding the lights weren't working in our tent and Kathy answered my call at 9:30 pm to talk me through it and be of service. I loved working with her.
i worked with Jacque on flowers and decor. My absolute dream was to have a candlelight backyard wedding and she made my dream come true x1000. We had a twinkle light tent, the most beautiful backdrop, a candlelit aisle, and the most beautiful table settings you can imagine. Jacque is kind, creative, and works incredibly hard. She helped me create my dream wedding, put me in touch with the best vendors, and was available to me throughout the planning (and planning again with COVID.)
I cannot recommend TWW Events more. Get ready to have your dreams come true!

Jacque is amazing! She is so sweet and easy to talk to. When I showed up to our first consultation, I showed a picture of what I wanted for chairs down the aisle at our ceremony and she goes “that’s my arrangement!” And pulled the photo out of her files on her computer. That’s how I knew she was the one for us! She asked lots of questions to make sure she brought our vision to life and gave some suggestions that she also wasn’t offended by us declining. Overall, I loved everything she did for us, from the arch, bouquet, centerpieces to cake flowers/succulents. I’m going to miss talking to her, she is such a joy! Highly recommend her!

Wouldn't Choose Anyone Else in AZ!

I contacted Jacque for a bouquet that was LAST MINUTE. She took on the challenge during this pandemic and nailed it. The bouquet turned out absolutely stunning and was beyond pleased with her communication and presentation.

Hiring Jacque Will Be One of the Best Choices for Your Wedding

I truly believe Jacque is an angel on this earth. HIRE HER. She is professional, kind, creative, and such a joy to work with. COVID completely upended my wedding plans - we had to switch to a tiny backyard ceremony after originally planning a big resort wedding. But through all the stress, Jacque has been there with support, encouragement, and the most romantic, incredible ideas. I have always wanted a candlelight wedding with a romantic feel; as soon as she heard that she went right to work with the most helpful and insight and recommendations.
She has taken so much time to really make my vision come true and she knows all the best vendors. Every person she has referred me to has been amazing.

Would recommend

I enjoyed working with TWW Events. I was on a strict budget and wasn't able to meet the amount needed for delivery, so she made it possible to have my mother in law hang and do everything herself. TWW Events showed her how the flowers were going to hang and be placed. She is very flexible and knows what she is doing. I don't take others advice very well but Jacque was honest and straight forward. I would recommend her to anyone.

My wedding dream team!

TWW was a recommendation from my vendor who was doing our stationary and invitations. I had brought them on about 3mos into the wedding planning process and hired them for full service planning after i had a bad experience with my original planners. I cannot begin to share how grateful I was for them especially after my first experience! they were so detailed, knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and a one stop shop! Kathy, Carrie and Jacque were so wonderful! I am so grateful to have had them throughout the planning process. My flowers were out of this world stunning along with every detail of our wedding i could not have asked for or dreamed of more! Everything came out perfect! I was so thankful to have had them as my team and as a resource they helped to keep me organized and utilized all of their contacts to ensure we were getting the best at an affordable cost! Carrie was with me throughout and with us all through our wedding and she was a dream to work with! She always made me feel so comfortable, thought of the details, and really executed the day of seamlessly! I did not have to worry about a thing on the day of my wedding and I could not have been more grateful for that! Blown away by Jacque's talent !!!

After seeing my sister in laws wedding Jacque worked on last year I KNEW I had to work with Jacque on my upcoming wedding. She was an absolute dream to work with and she brought my vision to life with candlelight and boho floral. We should have said YES to the best!!

First of all, we did not book Thee Wedding and Event Warehouse for our wedding day and we absolutely regret it. We decided to go with another vendor who was able to meet our budget/ vendor package price.
We absolutely loved Jacque, her ideas, her energy and her passion for what she does. We walked away feeling like TWW was the right vendor for us, however, we needed to stay within budget. What a HUGE mistake that was! Our floral package was NOTHING like we expected. Yes, we saved a few hundred dollars, but we didn’t even get what we paid for! My husband and I immediately regretted not choosing Jacque and TWW.
I have no doubt that we would have had the wedding we envisioned if we hired TWW. My husband and I are very happy. Our wedding day was still beautiful and magical, but when you invest so much money into your WEDDING DAY, you should at least get what you paid for.
I would gladly pay triple what we saved, to go back in time and choose Jacque and TWW.

Jacque & Kathy are not only amazing people, but they are amazing at what they do. They compliment each other perfectly and make sure no detail is ever missed.
Kathy was an excellent planner and handled all coordination between my multiple vendors- she made the process easy and stress free. As a bride, I highly recommend using Kathy as your planner. She is organized, timely and has great experience.

Jacque's florals and decor are everything! We talked about my vision, shared photos and she made sure I was comfortable with everything including the type of flowers and price. For someone that is an executive assistant for a living and very OCD, I trusted Kathy & Jacque 100% and they executed flawlessly.

Boho Wedding

Jacque was so much fun to work with! I loved her vibe, and she even got my fiancé excited about flowers and decorations (which he could not care less about before our meeting). Jacque made the most beautiful bridal bouquet I have ever seen in real life, and what I loved the most is that she went out of her way to make sure it would be like no one else's. We chose succulents for the bridesmaid bouquets, and they were so perfect. Jacque's flowers were one of my favorite pieces of our wedding day!

Fairy godmothers!

Kathy & Jacque truly are my fairy godmothers. In 6 months (of me being in a different state too), they planned and flawlessly executed my wedding- a wedding beyond the one I would dream about. It was truly perfect, and all because of Thee Wedding & Event Warehouse. TWW took care of EVERYTHING- from finding, contacting, and organizing vendors, to managing contracts and payments, to keeping me on track with to-do items, managing hotel blocks, keeping everyone in the loop, planning the rehearsal dinner, creating the day-of-timeline to the very minute, meeting with me whenever I could go to Arizona, putting up with my 100 text messages/emails a day, handling all the misc. items I had for the wedding, coordinating the wedding day in perfection, and handling everything post wedding too, they have done EVERYTHING! For me, the wedding planning process and the actual wedding day were so joyful and effortless because I knew they had everything under control. I did not have to figure ANYTHING out the day of- I simply enjoyed every second of it and for that, I AM FOREVER grateful. I felt like a guest at my own wedding- I did nothing to make it happen yet through TWW, it was all magically executed. I'm telling you, they are fairy godmothers!!!! Now let's talk about rentals and florals. To say I fell in love with my florals is an understatement. THEY ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENTS I HAVE EVER SEEN. I am SO picky and had no idea what I wanted- Poor Jacque dealt with my changes day in and day out yet somehow she understood what I wanted while I myself did not and she learned so much about me that she made the florals reflect who I am. She is SO talented! All the decor was beautiful as well- even things I did not ask for, they did because that is how amazing they are. The rentals were all beautiful and I would recommend it all! Linens, centerpieces, chairs, jars, everything- they have so much for you to choose from. Truly, truly, I say to every future bride, hiring TWW is the single best decision you can make for your wedding. If you want to be present at it, to enjoy it, to know people you can trust are in control of it, to know that they care for your every need when it comes to the wedding, to know they understand your vision and will work relentlessly to make it happen, is PRICELESS. Perfect and beautiful

Jacque is just purely amazing. I came in not knowing what I wanted, at all. I just showed her my gown and my bridesmaids and she started throwing out so many great ideas. She’s truly an amazing visionary. She was the best guide and knew exactly what she was talking about. I just had my wedding and I was BEYOND impressed. Far beyond my expectations. Jacque Dearing is positively wonderful in every way. I organized my wedding from China, yes CHINA, and she was able to help me sort every detail and made my day truly special despite the time difference and complications with contacting me here. She worked with me on color requirements and her flowers really made my wedding shine. Further, she was a pleasure to work with. Jacque and her team are amazing!!! I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted so Jacque sat down and showed me different flower options and really got to know me as a person. I told her that I trusted her judgement and she had free reign with my flowers. The bouquets, centerpieces, etc. came out amazing and we got so many compliments on the flowers!!! Do not even second guess going with Jacque and her team, they do amazing work!!!

Thee Wedding and Event Warehouse is undoubtedly THEE best in the business! We worked with Jacque to create the most stunning wedding I could have ever dreamed of. At my groom’s request I relinquished my controlling tendencies and trusted Jacque and her team to be creative and artistic. Jacque’s creativity knows no bounds!

Everything was absolutely breathtaking! We even had guests asking about some of our centerpieces because they were magical. We had “floating diamonds” on half the tables. Dodie was my day-of floral artist and she completely executed the vision to perfection! It was even more beautiful than my wildest imagination. I’m so so lucky that we got to work with these wonderful and talented ladies. I will never stop recommending them! Jacque and Dodie YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

The ladies at TWW are simply amazing! I was planning an out of state wedding at The Wigwam, and immediately was told I should consider talking to the TWW team. From the moment I started working with Kathy, she took over and handled all of the vendor communication and helped coordinate every detail of our wedding perfectly and seamlessly (invitations, welcome bags, transportation, rehearsal dinner, spa day, rentals, catering, hair and makeup, dj, and day of - just to name a FEW of the things she handled!) I can honestly say that hiring her to plan and do day of coordination was the best decision that I made. Working with Jacque was absolutely amazing as well. She designed the most gorgeous bouquets and table settings that I have ever seen! She has an incredible eye for detail and didn’t miss a single thing for our rehearsal dinner, ceremony,cocktail hour and reception! She is so talented & can bring any vision you have to light. I would recommend these gals, and their entire team, to anyone! Everything was absolutely perfect with their expertise!

This has been the hardest review to write, because there is SO MUCH TO SAY. First, my wedding was a destination wedding. 99.9% of my time with Jacque and Kathy was on the phone. I hired Jacque first after her being strongly recommended by The Wigwam. My first phone call with Jacque I could tell she was the florist for me. Jacque has a strong personality, she is hilarious, is a creative genius and will give you her honest opinion. My flower/ design idea changed twice before we settled with simple, white and succulents. Jacque spent some time with me on the phone/email to determine our inspiration. After the 15 min conversation I knew that she saw exactly what was in my head. I let her run with it and didn’t sift over every tiny detail. I trusted her design process and let her be free to design.
Fast forward to ~90 days pre-wedding, mild panic attack and husband lets me hire Kathy! She was a life saver, she 100% took over all my contacts, reviewed them to ensure everything was good. Kept me on track with any remaining to do’s. Added valued input, feedback and stress relief. Once she came on board wedding planning was a breeze. I am forever grateful for hiring her.
Jacque and Kathy made sure that my wedding day was everything I had dreamed of and more. I didn’t micromanage the design process, I didn’t sit and look at 10000 of flowers to make sure the exact flower was chosen, I didn’t look at 1000s of table linens to pick which ones matched the best. Jacque and Kathy gave me their professional opinions based of what I had described and ran with it.
I could not be more satisfied with choosing this team. I had my dream wedding, nothing (to my knowledge) went wrong, my husband and I were awestruck when we sat in the front of our room, decked out, and were 100% happy.
10/10 would recommend and hire over and over again.

My flowers were beautiful. The owner personally meets with her clients and helps you pick out the perfect flowers that fit your budget to make your custom arrangements. I got compliments from every guest on our gorgeous flowers.

Kathy was amazing to work with and helped us coordinate every small detail of our big Indian wedding. It was a multi-event wedding weekend with lots of unique aspects and complexities, and it went off without a hitch thanks to Kathy. She is incredibly detail oriented and she made sure that every minute of our wedding weekend went smoothly. She and Carrie were both there on the day of and we cannot thank them enough for their hard work!! They even made sure that our dinner plates were made and set on our table before the reception, and even moved our luggage from our ready rooms to our wedding suite. Highly, highly recommend Thee Wedding Warehouse for wedding planning/coordinating.

Jacque came to my rescue and made my dream wedding in November absolutely beautiful. My knowledge on flowers was limited and Jacque understood my vision and made it a reality. My husband and I are notorious procrastinators, so I am still in disbelief that we *actually* successfully planned and executed our wedding. We came to Thee Wedding & Event Warehouse with roughly two months until our big day, and they stepped in with honesty, candor, laughs and helped us tremendously! Not only did they find us affordable pricing for the flowers, they offered an amazing day-of coordinator who organized my rehearsal and wedding with zeal and charm. Choosing Kathy and Jacque at Thee Wedding and Event Warehouse was one of the BEST decisions that we made planning our wedding! Kathy was a dream to work with as our wedding planner! If there is any advice that I could give for couples planning their wedding, it would be to hire Kathy as your planner! She was not only personable and friendly, she was very responsive to all of my texts, emails, and phone calls. The day of the wedding, she handled every detail from small to big, so that we could just enjoy our big day! She took the weight of planning a wedding off of our shoulders and made planning our wedding easy and fun! My family has also been using Jacque for years for her amazing talent with her details and flowers! After our first meeting together talking through what our vision was for our wedding, Jacque had already taken that information and put together the most flawless wedding! My friends and family are still raving over all the beautiful details of our wedding! I cannot thank you ladies more for helping to give us the wedding of our dreams!!

I still am speechless......and STILL getting compliments on my FLOWERS from the Wedding!
Jacque is a gifted ARTIST - has a project/idea for ANY situation - and just better than words can say!
......Sooo I was "that Bride" On our initial appointment I brought here 6-15 DIFFERENT pictures of things that I had liked and saved online!! They were ALL totally DIFFERENT, I could not verbalize "what I wanted" I really did not have a vision of what I wanted!
Jacque took all the different things I liked, showed me a few other pictures, used more color & flower words than I had ever heard in my LIFE and ran with it! My gut was telling me to trust her expertise and experience, but my brain was going - this is TOO much $$ and what ARE my colors?!?! (since 9 million people kept asking)
***Final Appt prior to wedding! Jacque and I met to finalized everything! She listened to my concerns and adjusted a few items so that I was in my budget! (WIN!!) I aslo added on a very LARGE arch - which would need flowers....NOT a problem!
We went over colors again and she made sure I was getting what I wanted!!
THE MOMENT my bouquet came into my dressing room, it took my breath away!!!!!!!!!! It was BETTER than ANY picture I had ever saved and BEYOND anything I had imagined!!
ALL of the flowers were BEAUTIFUL and Incredible!! The bouquet for my sister and I were exquisite. The flowers for the arch should have been featured in a magazine! The table arrangements were also perfect! Everything was not only beautiful - but such high quality!!!
I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Jacque!!!! I cannot say enough great things about her! She is beyond talented!!!

Kathy and Jacque are the most amazing wedding planner and florest. Jacque took my vision and executed it beyond my imagination. The ceremony and reception florals, centerpieces and candles were all beautifully and intricately placed to perfection. Kathy was there for me every step of the way and helped with all the planning. Things I would have never thought of. Planning a wedding in three months, while my fiance was overseas and no family in the area, I don't know what I would have done without her. The best decision I made when starting my wedding planning was to hire Thee Wedding and Event Warehouse! These ladies are the best in the business. I originally met with Kathy, who took me through all my options. She presents her self with such professionalism but yet is very humble. I then met with Karie who lead me along the way all the way through my wedding date. I looked forward to meetings with Karie as she took all my wedding stress away and made the process fun and enjoyable... she is SIMPLY the best!! On the day of my wedding she took over and set everything up all the way down to all my place cards. These gals helped me with every vender along the way! I choose to go with Jacque (from Thee Wedding Warehouse) for my Floral, wedding flowers and centerpieces.I shared with her my vision and she nailed it! Karie Wagnon made my wedding feel like a fairytale! She went beyond her talents to make it the best day ever!!! :) When I walked into the reception room at Verrado, my first thought was, she did an amazing job! From the beginning of planning, Karie made us feel comfortable with our decision to have our reception at Verrado. She went over each and every detail with us until the end. The food was phenominal!!! During the ceremony, she asked questions to make sure everything was according to plans. Pricing was to our budget. The location was everything we could have asked for. Kathy did our day-of coordination but she did so much more than that! She helped us for months leading up the wedding, gave us tips, and helped us with so many things we didn't even think of. My mom was so relieved to have her at the wedding! It made the day so easy and enjoyable for me but my family too!

Jacque did our flowers and they were seriously gorgeous. She took my vision and made it a reality. She worked within my budget but still gave me what I wanted. The flowers were amazing!

We called Thee Wedding & Event Warehouse desperately looking for a florist for our daughter’s wedding. Jacque was more than willing to take on our wedding and work with our hectic schedules even though she was in the middle of major holiday events. When we met with her, she was so welcoming. Jacque is very down to earth and real…made us feel very relaxed and at ease during a very stressful time. She helped my daughter figure out what flowers best fit her theme…and our budget. At that time, we also hired Kathy to coordinate all of the last minute items and services on the day of the wedding. We were so happy that we made that decision, as she was so, so helpful…beyond our expectations. Kathy is a very take-charge person, but compassionate as well. She even took the time to comfort our very upset grandson in the midst of it all. The wedding was flawless and everything moved like clock work due to Kathy’s coordination. The floral arrangements & bouquets that Jacque created were absolutely beautiful. My daughter was more than pleased and stated that it was just as she had imagined. Jacque & Kathy are more than awesome…they are magnificent! We would definitely recommend them for any event!

Jacque & Kathy are amazing! They were so creative in helping me select the exact right location for my intimate wedding ceremony. The room glowed with candles and beautiful flowers. We were recommended to Kathy at The Wedding and Event Warehouse by a friend, she was very friendly, professional, kept everything organized for us. It was very pleasant not to have to worry about finding DJ, arrangements, and everything that involves preparing for a wedding. She recommended everyone we needed based on our personal needs and budget. THE BEST THERE IS!!!! Jacque made my daughters wedding day absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! She took her theme and color ideas and turned her ceremony site and reception ball room into something that can only be described as EPIC! Jacque went above and beyond what I had paid her to do and brought in extra props because she felt they would look incredible and she was right!!!!! The flowers, the props, everything she touched was out of a magazine!!!! Our family and friends are still talking about how beautiful everything two months later!!!!!! Jacque is AMAZING! From the minute I met her (after interviewing about 15 florists), I knew she would turn my vision into something beyond my wildest dreams, and all I can say is "wow". Jacque is so talented, and she made my wedding so incredible. I had a lemon theme vision (my new last name is Lemon), and she was able to help me create a classy, sophisticated décor to match what I was attempting to accomplish. We had to make some last minute changes based on the warm weather, and she came through with an even better idea -- I was absolutely floored when I saw everything put together.

Jacque was a joy to work with, and her personality immediately won me over. I can never thank her enough for everything she did to make my day "the best day ever". She is a true floral genius, and turned my dreams into a reality.

Do you want the perfect wedding? No seriously, do you? Then stop what you’re doing and call Thee Wedding and Event Warehouse. My daughter was married to her high school sweetheart on March 5, 2016 at The Verrado Golf Resort and the entire event could not have been more perfect! As a family we were thrilled with the event but our guests cannot stop talking about what a beautiful and fun wedding it was! From the service, to the cocktail hour, dinner and late night snacks the evening did not disappoint!
Kathy Baggett (aka, Thee Wedding Fairy) is a total pro. We had no difficulties. She did it all. My daughter only had to make decisions and Kathy was on the rest. She even followed up with the bridal shop when there was a problem with my daughter’s dress. She only works with the best vendors. Our DJ was great, the photo booth was a blast, the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD, the characaturist was a great surprise for everyone and the staff was wonderful. Kathy handled every detail and I literally showed up with a dress, the rest of the day was in her hands. She was on site from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm and was behind the scenes for it all. She went with our little changes at the last minute without blinking an eye.
Jacque Dearing is a genius with décor and flowers. Our entire event was outside and she was able to make the setting intimate and beautiful. The cocktail hour, dinner and dancing were outside under the stars. It looked like a fairy tale! She is creative and imaginative and was able to transform an ordinary patch of grass into an enchanted forest!

Kathy is worth her weight in gold!!! If we did not have Kathy the day of our wedding, I can honestly say I don't know if it would have happened. My bride was unexpectedly battling kidney stones (worst timing ever) that day and Kathy's attentiveness to her was amazing. Her well being and comfort became Kathy's priority; making sure the photo sessions had breaks built in, getting chicken noodle soup for her to eat since she couldn't keep much else down (still have no idea how or where she got it...), making sure she took the pain pills the ER gave her that morning promptly on schedule, and making sure she stayed hydrated. Kathy went WAY outside her scope of work and did it with a calmness that helped us not loose our cool when our big day didn't go quite the way we imagined. All of these extra tasks she performed came at no expense of the million other things she had on her plate that day. It was truly as though she cloned herself and Kathy 1 took care of normal business while Kathy 2 focused on Ashley's well being. We're forever grateful for her and having her to help us with our event was the best decision we've made! There wasn't a single flaw in the event, Kathy does her job better than I can imagine anyone else would be able to, it's incredible.

Jacque and team were fantastic as well, the flowers turned out to be every bit as beautiful as Ashley imagined.

I whole-heartedly recommend Thee Wedding and Event Warehouse to anyone looking for planning/flower services.

Our initial interview with Jacque went so well we hired her on the spot. The rapport was instant and she saw at the heart of what we wanted immediately. Our further dealings with her and Kathy made every step of the process easy and as worry-free as a wedding could be. The advice was always spot on, the reassurances were fantastic, and they were always on the lookout for our budget. On the day of the wedding everything turned out PERFECTLY. The decorations were wonderful, and the flowers were spectacular. We could not have chosen a better vendor.

All I can say is Thee Wedding Warehouse and EnDearing Floral Design made our wedding better than I could have ever imagined. Not only did we picked the perfect venue for us, but we gained an awesome team that feels like family. Karie & Kathy were there every step of the way to calm my nerves, validate my decisions and answer my many questions. Never once did I feel nervous with them on board. Karie was a saving grace who did everything from set up, make sure we were fed and hydrated, hid me from my curious groom, and made sure the place was in order. I can honestly say that they made our wedding day as stress free as possible and I felt at ease. Everything fell into place perfectly thanks to these girls. They really make you feel like friends and family versus a normal vendor. They love what they do and it is evident in the weddings that they put on including ours. In regards to the flowers, my husband is a flower guy, so I took a backseat and watched as they came up a beautiful arrangement. Jacque was so good at making suggestions and we couldn’t wait to see them. In my wildest dreams, I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect array of flowers for our venue, bouquets and centerpieces. Her vision was perfect and we were taken aback at how stunning they were. I even shed a couple tears! Everyone commented on how beautiful everything was. From the aisle to the bouquets to even the adorable cigar box that our ring bearer carried. It all flowed beautifully and we can honestly say that out of everything the flowers were the best. Seeing Jacque’s work and effort that goes into each and every piece, it’s evident that she truly loves what she does. All in All, they made our special day that much more special and was worth every penny and then some. Kathy and Karie made my wedding dreams come true. I had a fairly large wedding (234 guests) and they were there every step of the way making sure every aspect was perfect. It was so encouraging to have someone who was always on my side during the wedding planning process. If I ever had a question or concern, Kathy or Karie would address it. The list goes on and on of the ways they made the planning process go smoothly. My husband, mother, and I spent a good hour with Kathy a couple weeks before the wedding outlining a day-of timeline. Because of them, I can actually say that I did not feel one bit stressed on my wedding day. Kathy or Karie were always there to help get anything that I, or anyone in the bridal party, needed. During our bridal party pictures, some of the groomsmen were feeling tired and mentioned wanting Five Hour Energy. My groom was also having trouble with allergies. Karie came back not ten minutes later with Five Hour Energy from the gift shop and some Zyrtec from her own purse. Before my first dance, I noticed tulle was dragging from my dress. In a minute, Karie came back with safety pins to fix it so I didn't trip. If this doesn’t show how much this team truly cared, then I don’t know what does. It is obvious that wedding planning and day of coordination is their passion and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. Everything was perfect, and I can say that if you are considering hiring a wedding planning team, go with Thee Wedding and Event Warehouse. You will not be disappointed!
Of course I have to mention the flowers and wish I had more space to do so. Jacque took my vision for the flowers and made it better than I imagined. My bouquet was breathtaking as were the rest of the flowers. My ceremony site was gorgeous and the petal design on the aisle was amazing. Even the groom commented on how pretty it was! I couldn’t have been happier with my flowers, they were more than perfect and made the pictures pop just beautifully!

Thee Wedding and Event Warehouse was the best choice I made to handle all of the details for my wedding. Kathy and her staff were, amazing, professional and fun to be with. They made all of the arrangements stress free so I could focus and enjoy all of the events of our wedding. They really worked with our $10,000 budget and still were able to get us everything we wanted. My wedding was elegant, classy and yet still intimate even with 150 guest. They recommended the most amazing, professional and budget friendly vendors. Kathy handled the little hiccups that come with having a wedding with out stressing me out and I want to definitely work again with them in the near future. I had so much fun planning my wedding with this team making memories we will never forget. All of our guest could not stop talking about how beautiful and intimate the ceremony and reception were.

We also used them (Jacque) for our ceremony/reception decorations and my beautiful flower/succulent bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets with Black Dahlia flowers and men's succulent Boutineers. All of which were so amazingly unique. Jacque really captured perfectly my ceremony image with accents of Crystals, Candlelight and Natural Manzanita Branches and made it a reality within our budget.

I would definitely recommend this vendor to handle any of your event needs. If you want to make your wedding special and really enjoy all aspects of the planning and wedding, don't hesitate to hire them

Jacque knew and understood what my vision was when I was planning my wedding. She actually went above and beyond what my vision was. She helped me with decisions as to the colors and type of flowers to use. I left most of the decisions to her to make when some things were not working out properly. Jacque and her team were nothing short of amazing from the first meeting until the end of the event. I sat down with Jacque and simply gave her my theme (Rustic Country) showed her pictures of attire and she just ran with it. She knew exactly what to do and created something that was more than I imagined. I waited until I was walking down the aisle to see everything and it took my breath away, I was overwhelmed with how beautiful and perfect everything was. A month before my wedding I was having issues with my previously booked florist. So I contacted Jacque with Thee Wedding Warehohse. She immediately called me back just to talk. She was extremely honest and more than willing to just give opinions about my current florist situation (which I definitely needed). From there she set up a consultation just to compare the prices I recieved from my other florist. When I met with Jacque she immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in her ability to manage my wedding. Her experience helped guide my decisions with flowers for our blush, gold, and burlap wedding. Just from one meeting with Jacque I knew I had to switch to her services. As the wedding day approached she was constantly available by cell phone for all my annoying bride questions. The day of the wedding arrived and my flowers were spot on. So beautiful!!!! They even made other florists on site for following events jealous. The wedding following ours had a florist that asked 3 different members of my bridal party where our flowers came from. I couldn't have dreamed of more beautiful bouquets and centerpieces.

The day was absolutely perfect. I planned a surprise vow renewal for my wife for our 10th anniversary. Kathy and Kare, from the get go, helped with every detail from keeping me within budget to keeping us on track for time frames. The whole night went off better than I could have imagined my wife was totally surprised! From the moment we arrived my wife was in excellent hands! I cannot think of one bad thing to say about the service we received from Thee Wedding Warehouse. The coordinator that we were given was Kathy, the owner of the warehouse. She was AMAZING! I probably sent her 10 emails a day or more, not even exaggerating and she never got upset with me or told me it was too much. She always made sure to respond to each email I sent. Her attention to details is impeccable! I, like any bride, had a lot of questions and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything and Kathy held my hand every step of the way and always made me feel better when I was feeling anxious about the wedding. She had lots of advice to give and she made sure we got the best value with everything we chose for the wedding. On the day of the wedding she was even better! I honestly didn't have to worry about a thing. I knew she had my back. The morning of the wedding I text messaged her at 6am and she was right there texting me back and telling me she had my back and she would be there for me all day for anything. I immediately felt better. When her and the staff arrived she came to greet me and told me she had it all under control. She asked me a few questions about some little details to make sure she had it all done the way I wanted. Everything turned out perfectly! I told my husband the day after the wedding that nothing went wrong that I know of and that is a great feeling. To know that everything went as planned and even if it didn't we had no clue. I was in heaven and felt such ease on our wedding and I truly have Kathy and Thee Wedding & Event Warehouse to thank for that! On a side note, Jacque from Thee Wedding & Event Warehouse did all of our flowers and centerpieces for the wedding. Her work was impeccable!!!! Her flowers took my breath away. When we went to talk to Jacque and Kathy over at Thee Wedding & Event Warehouse, they were the first vendor we looked at for Florists...and they were the last. Jacque and Kathy are fun first of all, plus they know how to provide ideas to go along with the ones you're thinking...or they'll just let you know of their inspirational thoughts based off your ideas. Jacque took care of our flowers and Kathy was our day of coordinator. Do not even try to think of having your wedding without both of these wonderful ladies. Jacque loves leaving a bit of a surprise for the day of the wedding, and we loved ours. Kathy is IN CHARGE and you will feel relaxed knowing she's keeping you and everyone else involved in the wedding on the right track. Both Jacque and Kathy kept tabs with us over the year and a half that we planned our wedding with scheduling visits.

The only way to help you understand how much we loved these two ladies is that you pay your vendor money to take care of YOU on your wedding day. Both of these ladies did exactly that with our flower arrangements and coordinating everything before, during, and after our wedding. There was no worries, no second guessing, no wondering if they would do a good job. We felt TAKEN CARE OF the whole experience. You want to know you're in good hands on your special day, with both Jacque and Kathy...you truly are.

I knew that Kathy and Jacque were the right people to help my plan my wedding from the moment I met them at a bridal expo. They made all my stress about planning it myself disappear! Kathy was absolutely amazing from our very first meeting until our wedding reception was over. The day was even more beautiful than I had dreamed of. All of our vendors were amazing recommendations from Kathy. She helped me through every step of the wedding planning process, even down to the beautifully addressed wedding invitation calligraphy.

The most excited I was on my whole wedding day was when I saw my bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets! They were absolutely stunning! Jacque is so incredibly creative and passionate about what she does and her vision and mine came together even better than I was expecting.

It was so wonderful to have Kathy and Jacque in the background at the wedding. I had total trust in them that everything would go smoothly and I couldn't have asked for more. My flowers were absolutely gorgeous, from my first meeting to the actual delivery of flowers Thee Wedding Warehouse went above and beyond my expectations! I’m not even kidding I cried when I saw my bouquet they were that gorgeous. Throughout the whole wedding and even after, when looking through pictures everyone raved about how beautiful the flowers were. Kathy and all the ladies at Thee Wedding Warehouse were absolutely wonderful! I worked with them for about 2 years and my wedding was perfect! Kept me on a timeline and helped me find most of my other vendors. One stop shop!

So first I found Kathy, who was my wedding planner, I should say wedding fairy. I was worried I wouldn't get my vision of my wedding across properly and Kathy wouldn't get what I wanted. I couldn't have been kore wrong. In our first meeting I knew she got me and knew what I wanted. High end, classy, timeless, fun with a little rustic vintage touch. She made the whole process of planning our wedding went smoothly and easy. She kept me on track, although I am sure I wasn't the easiest bride to work with, she did an amazing job. The day of the wedding was perfect and I was blown away with how I didn't have to worry about a thing and I couldn't believe how well the day turned out. It was beyond what I had imagined. She totally got my vision and implemented it so perfectly.
As far as flowers, what can I say. Jacque, I think that's how you spell it, sorry Jacque if I didn't, but you are so wonderfully talented. I was worried about not seeing my flowers put together before my wedding, but when I saw the bouquets I was blown away. The ceremony and reception were so beautiful it took my breath away. Everything from the rustic letters made from branches or vine and flowers, to the guys flowers, to the aisle, to the centerpieces, perfect, just perfect.
I just adore both of these ladies and could totally go have several glasses of wine with them! They were so fun and friendly, yet professional and easy to work with. I felt so confident about them and they both made my day so perfect. Thank you so much.

Okay let me just say that I am the type of person who worries about everything. So when Jacque did not have a picture of the exact centerpiece or bouquet, I of coarse stressed. Now let me tell you how pointless that was. These were thee most spectacular displays of flowers I have ever seen, I went to Jacque telling her that we were looking for a wow factor to the room, and oh boy did she produce. She knocked it out of the ballpark, to say that I was impressed would be an huge understatement. My bouquet is literally 35 inches in circumference, no joke I just measured around the flowers with a tape measure. The centerpieces ... I cannot begin to desribe but I had people fighting over who got to take them home. I will be posting pics when I get them, but let me just say what did with this room was down right enchanting, I felt as if I walked into a fairytale. The centerpieces were huge, the cake looked lovely, the sweetheart table had an purple satin overlay that she had asked me to get and then she pinned the purple up with orange roses so it drapped very nicely. I walked into the room and my jaw dropped open, she truly truly truly is an artist. It was stunning!!! We have a florist in the family who said she had never seen a more gorgeous display in her life, she was amazed. I really cannot say enough about Jacque at Thee Wedding and Event Warehouse, she's in a class of her own.

We all know wedding planning is stressful (to put it lightly) and unfortunately there are vendors out there who make things even worse. Thee Wedding & Event Warehouse is NOT one of them.

I hired Jacque and her staff for floral services and received so much more than that. Jacque made the entire experience so easy and was up front and honest about the options I had available based on my budget. She also provided me with alternative ideas for areas in which I could save money where needed. Jacque is very knowledgeable about arrangements and is incredibly creative and talented! Not once did I feel like I was being sold or pushed in a direction I didn't want to go. In addition to her help with floral arrangements, Jacque was also always willing to help in any other areas of the planning process that she could (even though they weren't part of the floral package). She is truly passionate about her work and her biggest priority is making sure your wedding day is EXACTLY how you want it to be. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with their services and how much I appreciated their honesty. When you have multiple vendors constantly trying to up-sell you, it's so refreshing to get someone who listens and does exactly what you want.

Jacque worked with me to make my vision for my wedding day a reality and it was even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined! My only regret is that I didn't find her sooner to hire her for other wedding services! So, if you're just starting to plan or even if you're part way through your planning - go visit Thee Wedding & Event Warehouse and book them now! You'd be a fool to hire anyone else...

We cannot express how grateful we are to everyone at TWW, but especially Kathy! We initially tried to do the planning ourselves, thinking that watching enough wedding shows made us some sort of expert. If you are one of those people, stop! Kathy had every detail handled, thought of things we didn't know we had to think about. On the day of the wedding, she was there every step of the way. In fact, it sometimes felt like she was magically everywhere! I could honestly relax and enjoy my daughter's beautiful wedding. The bride and groom were happy and able to truly be immersed in the joy of the day.

Thee Wedding and Event Warehouse is a rare find!!!!! I relocted to the Phoenix area from Dallas,TX, and had no idea where to turn for help with wedding plans. Even though our wedding event was to be a very small and private affair, I was treated as if we were spending a fortune. You will love the attention to detail, and creative spirit you will find here!!!!

My flowers were absolutely beautiful... Jacque is great... I didn't come with any pictures... just met with Jacque and we discussed the venue and colors and she worked her magic... to be honest I wasn't sure what I was going to get... but I couldn't have been more happier for how beautiful they were. Thanks for the lovely job Jacque!!!

I hired Kathy to provide full planning services (not just the day of) after walking into her store on a whim! I quickly realized that the cost of the planning services paid for itself because of the relationships she’s built. Kathy introduced me to nearly all of my vendors, arranged all contracts and took care of all follow ups. She was very resourceful and responsive in answering my wedding related questions. She always made me feel like I was her only customer. I never had to worry about a thing because I always knew I had someone in the background running the show.
Building up to the wedding, Kathy and Kari definitely earned their keep! When we were concerned our venue was going to close she went into damage control, made all the calls and presented me with options. When I found out I was getting laid off work two months before my wedding and needed to revisit all details to save cost, she did everything she could to help. I didn’t have to worry or do anything on my wedding day, except get ready and have a good time. I had the most amazing, beautiful and stress free wedding day and that would not have happened without these women! On the day of, Kari and Kathy stayed on the job from 11am – midnight! Kathy even drove me and my husband to the hotel that night after learning our town car was going to be very late (she also ensured we got our refund)!
Jacque is an artist. She created the most beautiful floral design for my wedding. The centerpieces were breathtaking, my bouquet was stunning. She is amazing at what she does. I recommend letting her have complete creative control for your wedding. You will love what she comes up with! She was also very respectful of my decision to tailor back quite heavily on the amount of floral I was able to do (to save cost). She never made me feel like a nuisance for changing my mind (on more than one occasion). Both Jacque and Kathy made me feel excited to be a bride and made my wedding day truly a phenomenal day!

I could not have been more impressed and pleased with what Jacque created for my wedding day! Everything was AMAZING! From the moment I met Jacque I knew that she was someone that got the job done! If there was any aspect of my wedding that I was not concerned about it was my flowers and decor. I knew Jacque and thee girls had it covered! Jacque was such a pleasure to deal with (and a total hoot.) She treated me like a friend from day one, and took all of my ideas and just made them better. There is absolutely nothing that Jacque did that I would have changed, and although I'm obviously biased it was the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen! Thank you so much Jacque!!! You're incredible!

After looking at other florists, we decided to use Jacque Dearing at Thee Wedding Warehouse. It was the best decision we made! After doing all sorts of weather research, and determining it had never rained on the wedding date...we planned an outdoor wedding overlooking the golf course at our venue. Three days before the wedding, the clouds came in and never left. Jacque called us daily, keeping us in the loop for what she was planning as a Plan B. On Thursday, we decided we need an indoor option as it was pouring with no signs of stopping. The venue made their changes moving us into the ballroom and Jacquie went into all out "save the day" mode. And she did!

When we walked in...we were amazed! The ballroom looked like something out of a movie! The guests were dazzled, the bride happier than ever, and this MOB relieved that my precious daughter would have her dream day afterall. Our guests just raved about how gorgeous the ballroom was, the decor all due to the last minute hard work and ingenuity of Jacquie and her staff.

Never could I have imagined such a beautiful ballroom or expected an immediate and true concern for our special day. Being treated as if we were special clients, not one of many, made such a difference. This was my fourth, and last, child to get married. Of all of the things I am so very thankful for in everyone of them...Jacquie is among the tops!
