Working with Cathy was an absolute dream. I had complete and total trust in her from the very start. Based on our vision and on the venue (which she knew quite well), she offered suggestions on floral arrangements that would complement the setting. The florals were extremely elegant and even more beautiful than my wildest dreams! It should also be mentioned that it was incredibly windy during our outdoor ceremony, but the florals did not budge one bit! We can’t recommend Roses and Rice enough.

When I first met with Cathy, I wasn't sure what I really wanted. She patiently guided us through a range of options and services. My one clear requirement was that the colors she used would echo the colors of my invitations.
She nailed it! The bouquets and table flowers were gorgeous. I cried when I eventually (two weeks later) had to throw out my flowers. I actually still have a few in a small vase :-)

I worked with Cathy for my wedding flowers and she was fabulous! I had a vision in my head of what I wanted between the colors and types of flowers and Cathy brought it to life! Everyone was blown away with the bouquets, all the flowers used for the ceremony and table arrangements! If your considering using roses and rice for your wedding day I highly recommend them!

We chose to work with Roses & Rice after seeing their portfolio but after meeting with Cathy, we knew we were in good hands based off her professionalism and creativity. After our consultation, we got so excited to see what she'd come up with. We had 18 different lanterns and asked Cathy and her team to come up with 18 wreaths to wrap around them and she blew us away with our centerpieces. She also created two gorgeous wreathes that hung on our altar, and I've kept one that hangs in my house. She also made beautiful garlands to accent some our pieces. She arrived on time and helped with the setup of our venue. I loved working with her and would highly recommend her.

My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding in our backyard in Hampton Bays, and we hired Roses & Rice as our florist. We were beyond pleased with their service! Cathy and the crew at Roses & Rice were delightful to work with, professional and highly talented. I went to their shop to do a trial prior to the wedding, and Cathy came to our place for a site visit ahead of time. We rented their birch arch with flowers, as our "altar," and it simply turned out perfect. They created a beautiful path with rose petals along the aisle. The centerpieces and shepherds hooks with wildflowers, Free Spirit roses and several other warm colored flowers and greenery were stunning. My bouquet was absolute perfection, as well as the boutonnieres. I highly recommend Roses & Rice as a superb florist!

We could not have been happier that we used Roses and Rice as the florist for our wedding. Cathy was wonderful and met with us twice before the wedding to go over the details. They were able to provide the flowers for our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception. We were even able to reuse the wedding flowers the next day at our brunch. Every single bouquet, the flowers on the chuppah and on the seats and all the boutonnières were absolutely gorgeous. Cathy really listened to the look and colors we were going for. Not only did we get to appreciate them on the day of, but now we get to appreciate them in all of our photos!

Cathy and the whole group over at Roses and Rice were amazing from start to finish. We had admittedly waited a little too long and our wedding was fast approaching without a florist. We went into Roses and Rice after seeing their beautiful arrangements online. They met with us and managed to squeeze our wedding in even though they already had another that day.

They took my vision and returned flowers that were 10x better than I could ever even imagine! The guests were all gushing over my bouquet and centerpieces. I would absolutely recommend them over and over!

Aisa was absolutely amazing to work with! We live in NYC and don't have a car, so coming out to LI repeatedly was getting expensive. As such, Aisa and I never met in person, but I was able to speak with her several times about my vision, which changed from the beginning of planning to end, and she nailed it! I was so so happy when I saw my flowers on my wedding day, and I received so many compliments. Not to mention, they are extremely reasonable and do not skimp on anything. thank you so much, Aisa, it was such a pleasure to work with you!!!

Cathy and her team at Roses and Rice are amazing! My now husband and I were on a bit of a budget and she did an outstanding job on working with us to stay in that range while still giving us exactly what we had invisioned. When we spoke for the first time, I had sent her my Pinterest page to show her what I wanted. She was very up front and honest with me and immediately said that what I was seeing online was the top end of flowers. She showed me flowers that were similar to what I wanted, but in my price range. When she dropped off my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets on the day of my wedding, I was so overwhelmed by how she brought my vision to life. They were absolutely beautiful! She continued to wow me when I got to the venue and saw how she set up our tables. I had asked her to make eucalyptus garland with flowers throughout. She even put a huge piece together for our sweetheart table that tied together the garland theme and the look of my wedding bouquet. Her eye for detail is unbelievable! They were absolutely beautiful and really brought my whole wedding theme and decore together. I will definitely use roses and rice for all my flower needs, both big and small, in the future!

As a plus, their shop in East Quogue is absolutely adorable! I would definitely recommend checking it out if you have the chance.
