Mary Rose Lalli was a family friend who did our wedding cake. We tasted several cakes and then went to taste her cakes. Her cakes not only tasted better and more fresh, but she was VERY attentive at using good decorations on the cake that ALSO tasted good. She let us try SEVERAL different kinds and even let us take some home to get second opinions. She did multi-flavored layers for us, including some with fruit purees. The cake was AMAZING. She gave us a great value compared to commercial cake stores. Commercial stores charge 3 times as much for an equally good tasting and breathtaking cake. She did a 4 tier cake for us decorated with flowers, but also does smaller or bigger cakes with fruit, frosting decor, flowers, fabrics etc.... The fact that this is a side business for her keeps the cakes tasty, the prices low, and the quality EXCEPTIONAL - right out of "mom's kitchen." HIGHLY recommend.
