Ron is very professional and does a wonderful job making sure that he gets to know the bride and groom and make the day everything you want. Our pictures are beautiful. We look at them and feel like it was a fairy tale. He has so many awesome ideas for wonderful shots. I'm so glad we choose him to do our photography and videography, He choose a great team to work with and make our day and pictures everything we could wish for. We are extremely happy with his services and professionalism.

Ron and Beth were very easy to work with the entire process of our wedding. Ron was very willing to meet with us while my husband (then fiance) was in MO with the military late a night so he could be skyped in. Ron was so much fun when we had our engagement session that he instantly made us feel at ease and we had a fantastic time!
Our wedding was no less different. Ron and his partner Lisa did such an amazing job! Our bridal party had a blast taking pictures with them, and we received a lot of compliments from our guests! All of our pictures turned out gorgeous!

Ron and Beth were fantastic to work with, from the initial contact to today. They have been responsive to our questions, offered ideas and suggestions, and were such nice people! Ron helped my husband and I loosen up during the engagement session and the quality of the photos he took were wonderful. He was flexible with working with our schedule and location as well. During the wedding, Ron was always looking for the best shots and really seemed to be having a good time. My guests have commented that they have never seen such an interactive wedding photographer. The photos came out amazing, too, which we knew they would based on all that we have seen of Ron. Where do I even begin?! We had a fantastic experience working with Ron. We found him when we were living in Chicago looking for an engagement photographer. We had a great engagement shoot with him in the summer of 2012 and we absolutely loved our photos! Ron came out to our neighborhood in Rogers Park and we spent the afternoon walking by the lakeshore and in the Loyola University library, taking awesome photos that we ended up using for our save-the-dates. We were so pleased with the photos and with Ron's professionalism and his pleasant personality that we were delighted when he offered to travel to New York to shoot our wedding in April 2013! Ron handled all his travel arrangements and also arranged for a second photographer from New Jersey to join him on the wedding day and to serve, if needed, as the backup photographer should Ron's travel be interrupted. Both photographers ended up shooting our wedding, and the photos are just awesome. Ron is great at providing direction for photos but also is totally open to any ideas you have. He also is GREAT with family members and guests--I can't emphasize enough how pleasant he is just to be around! He has such a great energy and enthusiasm; his love for his work shows in his photos. Ron also delivered our DVD of edited photos in person about 6 weeks after our wedding--the fastest turnaround time I could ever have expected! I can't say enough nice things about our experience working with Ron McKinney Photography--choosing a wedding photographer is obviously a huge decision, and it's one we're glad to have made with Ron in mind! We had a great experience and received high quality, beautiful photos that captured our event and our own personalities so well. I would give RMP 10 stars if I could!
