What can I say about Rockwell Catering? THE BEST!!!! Ethan was so awesome in helping us plan our italian/southern wedding buffet. We were able to sit down with him and taste some options for our wedding food and it was all AMAZING!! I would recommend him to anyone over and over again. Pricing was great and the food was spectacular. Ethan and his staff definitely went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was the most amazing night! Thanks Ethan and Rockwell Catering!!!

We had such a great experience using Rockwell Catering! Planning for food at our wedding probably gave me the biggest headache in the beginning. I had two other caterers bail on me, and was having a hard time keeping all the family members happy. So glad we decided to take a shot at Rockwell Catering. The food was delicious! Seriously delicious. People keep commenting on how our food was amazing, and they couldn't believe we fed people so well at the reception. The service was great and we especially enjoyed working with Ethan. He has a great, happy personality that made me feel so relaxed about planning the menu. He even provided a free tasting so I knew what I was getting. He worked with us on a budget, and even kept his cool when our venue manager was being rude. He was awesome. He went above and beyond and even made these cute little chalk board signs for the buffet table after I told him I was thinking about doing it. Seriously, what more could a bride ask for? If you are still looking for a caterer, I highly suggest checking him out.

From the first bite we were hooked! Ethan came to our home and did a COMPLIMENTARY tasting (more like an entire 7 course meal!). The food was delicious. I've attended other events where the food falls flat. I didn't want that to happen with our wedding luncheon. The day of the event, Ethan and his staff had everything set up ready to go before our guests arrived. He knows how to go the extra mile. Our guests have been raving about the food, service and atmosphere for days! Thank you, Rockwell Catering and Ethan for making our wedding luncheon fantastic!

Rockwell Catering is truly amazing and we couldn't be more thrilled with the service we received. After a different caterer cancelled on us last minute, Ethan stepped in and saved our charity event! The food was incredibly delicious and the setup was beautiful! Ethan and his staff were very professional, arrived early and cimmunicated with every step of the way. We would definitely use them again!

Ethan and his team delivered a phenomenal meal for all of my wedding guests. Everyone that I have spoke with since says the food was fantastic! The chicken and steak were perfection and There was enough variety of sides that most people ate something they enjoyed. There wasn't an item that ran out. We even had food left over! I highly recommend Rockwell for any event you have.

The food was INCREDIBLE! We had so many compliments. We went with a more casual meal, BBQ, and it was delicious, hot and ready perfectly on time. Ethan gave us a free tasting, and worked with our menu for anything we wanted. The price was great, unbeatable for the quality. He also gave us appetizers included! I definitely recommend.

Ethan is very nice to work with, he didn't only prepare a demonstration diner of what our wedding food was going to be if we contracted him, he also deal in a very smart way with the horrible wedding planer the venue had hired for our event, this is not a job he had to do. The people at the venue were very rude to some of our vendors (those that we didn't get from the list they provided us). But Ethan and his team work around all this not giving us or our family any thing to worried about on our wedding day. My one complain ? well that will be that I asked Ethan not to serve our wedding cake in disposable plates or give our guests plastic forks and unfortunately he did it. Ethan bought to our home what was left of our wedding dinner and cooked some fresh tomato soup for us in contrast with the wedding planer who trashed our $1000 wedding cake. Ethan is just AMAZING !

Ethan and his staff were awesome. The food was great and he really knows his stuff and is just an all around nice guy. The price was great for what we got. I would definitely recommend Rockwell Catering.

We had a great first impression with Ethan. He was responsive and set us down to try all of the food. And, it was delicious. Unfortunately, after we signed the contract, I felt ghosted. Several weeks worth of emails were not responded to. It took texting and requesting a phone call ASAP to get a response. We were unable to lower our guest count, which was disappointing, and according to my other vendors a situation they've never heard of before. Unfortunately, by the time the dinner was served, the food did not taste nearly as good as our tasting, which could be expected when its delivered up a canyon. Regardless, it was a bummer. Despite that disappointment, Ethan was very flexible in delivering delicious pies for dessert instead of a cake, which was awesome. The waitstaff failed to put water and lemonade out upon arrival. And when asked, they said that they needed to prioritize putting the plates and silverware out. It took several asks to get water for our parched guests. And finally, Ethan seemed to respond quicker to my husband than he did to me. As I was the one planning the wedding and managing the money, it was very frustrating to have to use my husband in order to get responses to my questions. Overall, I believe that Ethan has good food and some great add ons to his service, like all of the plates and silverware. However, the responsiveness and professionalism after we signed the contract left much to be desired.

Please stay away from this guy. Absolutely unethical and rude. We were promised dinner served at the table and he came just before dinner saying the kitchen is small, so we have to do a buffet style. He should have known or checked our venue before. Charged us for serving a sit-down dinner anyway. Very rude and impolite to my daughter -in-law and her mother. On a positive note, his staff was nice, and the food was nice too, but not the owner. A very bad experience with him. Just go with someone else if you want a nice wedding. Stay away from this guy.
