Strata Private Dining creates elevated, chef-driven wedding experiences throughout Southern Utah and the Greater Zion region. Led by Chef Anthony Schafer, our menus are inspired by the desert landscape, seasonal ingredients, live-fire cooking, and thoughtful hospitality.
We specialize in intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, bridal gatherings, and private celebrations where the food is meant to feel personal—not packaged. Every menu is designed around your vision, venue, season, and guest experience, with options ranging from refined family-style feasts to beautifully plated multi-course dinners.
As both an experienced executive chef and Certified Sommelier, Chef Anthony can also help create wine pairings and beverage experiences that complement the menu and make the celebration feel complete.
We work closely with couples, planners, and venues to provide clear communication, thoughtful preparation, and polished on-site execution from the first conversation through the final course.
