Rock the House Band — Biography

Rock the House Band brings together five experienced Central Florida musicians who share a passion for great music, strong vocals and entertaining an audience.

Led by JT Taylor on guitar and vocals, the band features Jenifer Roys on lead vocals, Ed Scanni on keyboards and vocals, Jan on bass and vocals, and Eugene Soto on drums. Together, the group’s greatest strength is its vocal versatility, with multiple lead singers and rich three- and four-part harmonies.

Our musicians bring decades of live performance experience to the stage, including professional touring and show-band experience. Yacht Rock is one of our specialties, but our repertoire crosses generations—from Motown, disco and classic rock to dance favorites, oldies, pop, country and beautiful ballads.

We approach every event as professionals. We arrive prepared, present ourselves appropriately for the occasion, and remember that the event is about our client and their guests—not about us.

Whether it’s an elegant wedding, corporate celebration, private party or a packed dance floor, our goal is the same: great music, great harmonies and a memorable experience.
