The actual ring was beautiful but they made it 2 and a half sizes too small when i took it in to be resized they told me it would be done by 1 only a 4 hour wait so i went shopping due to it being an hour drive to get there. At 3pm i call they said they got back logged and but it would be done by 430 i count drive home because they close at 5 and i wouldn't be back in time to pick it uouldnt be vack in time i ended up going home for the day at 5 empty handed i hope i get my engagement ring back....

I was told by this jeweler that they could take my original wedding and engagement ring, which consisted of a solitaire and a wrap and make it one ring and then create a wedding band to go with it. They said they could use the gold from my original ring and the diamonds to keep the sentimental value. It took them over a month, and what they gave me looked nothing like what I had before and the quality was very poor. After telling them I did not like the ring they said all they could do was give me back my diamonds. When I asked about my gold they said they would cut it off of the ring. My ring had a total of 9 diamonds and he only gave me back 3. When I asked about the others, his response was that he didn't know which ones were mine, but he would give me 6 more. Below pictured is what I have to show for my wedding ring that my husband gave me 11 years ago.

We are a Jewelry Manufacturer who hire Roblyn to do some designs. The designs were expensive and it took a long time for them to complete them. When we decided to change designers and asked for our cad model drawings, we were told we could download them but they were no where to be found for download. We called and they reposted them...however....they sabotaged the designs and when we had them made they were all no good because the wall thicknesses had been changed. This was not the casters problem so we had to eat over $2000 in unusable jewelry settings. These guys are malicious and unethical and should be avoided at any cost.
