Robert and his wife Wendy just did our engagement shoot in Ojai, CA and it was amazing. They showed up early, were communicative, and scouted out the properties with us. When we first started shooting we felt awkward and uncomfortable, but Robert was able to offer fun ways to help us forget about the camera and get goofy for some amazing shots.
His style is unique, giving a film look. He also knows that couples want their images as soon as possible so he gives preview shots almost immediately following the shoot.

Where do we even start??? We got engaged in 2019. The very first thing we booked was our venue. Then a coworker of mine approached me asking if I had a photographer yet? So she showed me Robert’s Instagram and I loved his page. I showed it to my fiancé once I got home and we scheduled a consultation. Robert met us with his wife and helped us figure out what we wanted in terms of our engagement shoot. We had no idea what we were looking for. Robert started asking questions about us, and how we met. And through this conversation we realized we wanted to go to Sequoia for our winter wedding. My exact words at the end of the meeting were, “we already know we want to hire you.” As we know, COVID hit and we had to postpone our wedding by a year. We felt our engagement photos needed to be updated so we asked Robert if he would be willing to meet us in Utah at the Bonneville Salt Flats. Robert did his research and determined the perfect time to go. My husband and I look at those photos all of the time. There’s different color tones Robert captured literally seconds apart. And then came our wedding photos. We told him to capture the good vibes and the happy moments, and of course he did more than that. Robert is a great photographer with incredible vision. We told him what we wanted and he elevated our ideas entirely. We love our pictures and even more, we enjoyed every second we worked with him. To say we recommend him to be your photographer is an understatement. We URGE you to hire him.

Where do you even begin?
Robert photography had to be one of the best decisions for me and my husband made to have him as a photographer for our wedding. He was recommended by a family member so we asked him to do our engagement and wedding photos and I can explain to you how beautiful they all came out. I highly recommend Robert to anybody who just wants a sweet, kind but most importantly an awesome photographer!

My wife and I hired Robert to photograph our wedding celebration at Nobu, and we are so grateful we found him! He is organized, professional, and incredibly nice. He listened to all of the requests we had for our celebration photos, and he executed them perfectly the day of. He gave my wife and I great directions during the photoshoot prior to our celebration and came out with beautiful photos. During the celebration itself, Robert worked hard and took TONS of amazing photos that came out just the way we wanted them, perfectly edited, and was quick to make them available for us to download very easily and quickly via his website. Overall, the entire process couldn't have been better!

Our wedding pictures are wonderful all thanks to Robert. Robert was reliable, attentive, and was literally everywhere on the day of our wedding. All the details we did not see were captured by his amazing pictures. His scheduling of our day really kept us on track and we got every detail of our wedding from getting ready to the reception. Our wedding day was definitely one that we will forever look back upon and tell our children and grandchildren about for generations to come. The #WoosleyFire broke out in the eve of our wedding and, come Friday morning, it had completely engulfed our beautiful city and local communities in flames and despair. On Friday morning, day of the wedding, you could imagine how chaotic it was for me and my husband to process what was going on, let alone to figure out how to salvage our ceremony and reception plans due to mandatory evacuations all throughout East Ventura County cities.

Early Friday morning, I contacted Robert and he expressed his concern for our safety and changes with venue due to evacuation orders. Robert arrived promptly at the house for “getting ready shots” and worked with Wesley and me to keep us calm and collected for our “first look” shots. The entire day, Robert stuck by our sides and made the mood light and humorous, which was really helpful and appreciated. For our engagement shoot, months before the wedding day, Robert did his due diligence to find the location for the style of photoshoot we were looking for. Overall, we are so pleased with the quality of pictures and photography services we received with Robert and look forward to working with him in the future for other life events we have in the near future (i.e. new home, baby Tipton, anniversary shoot, etc.).

Robert, Wesley and I are so unbelievably grateful to you for your patience and flexibility on our wedding day. You will forever be remembered in our wedding story for generations to come.
