Coy & Rachael Webb opened their BBQ restaurant in 2015. Coy, a classically trained chef of 20 years form Plainview, TX has BBQ running through his blood. Rachael from Lakewood, CO has been working in restaurants since she was 15. The two met in Keystone, CO when Coy was Executive Chef over 3 restaurants in Breckenridge and Rachael was GM of a fine dining restaurant in Keystone. Both have extensive experience in executing weddings and special events of all sizes.

Coy & Rachael opened Roaming Buffalo BBQ in 2015. Their menu features Colorado Lamb & Bison, Beef Brisket, Homemade Sausages, Pork, Turkey, Chicken. All meats are smoked fresh each day and all sides, sauces, & rubs are made from scratch. The restaurant is open until they sell-out which occurs between 2:30-4:30 each day. Coy, Rachael & their staff pride themselves on quality food and excellent service. They cater events throughout Metro Denver and will travel up to 75 miles. The majority of the menu is gluten free. Vegetarians & vegans can also be accommodated.
