I had used Riverside Florist for my wedding and was a little disappointed with my flowers. I really liked my bridesmaids flowers which I picked out from a book there. Those looked just like the picture. However, my bouquet which was just white roses did not turn out so well. I paid $150 for the bouquet and it was a little dinky bouquet and the roses were on the small side. I also sent a picture of silver satin ribbon that I wanted it to be wrapped in and they said they have that (otherwise I would have bought it myself and gave it to them to wrap). What I got for the ribbon was a tinsely tacky ribbon (which was not satin) that clashed with my dress/style. I didn't get to see the bouquet until it was handed to me to walk down the isle otherwise I would have said no way and had them wrap it in something else. I probably could have made a better bouquet myself with the flowers I got from Sams Club for my table decor, 125 white roses for $96 and those roses were huge. Overall, my pictures were fine and I just tried to cover the ribbon wrap with my hands, but I would only recommend this place if you were to pick the flowers you wanted out of the picture book they have. The customer service was good and they responded to my emails quickly.
