We were struggling with finding a florist that shared and could execute our vision for or North Fork Sunflower themed wedding and then Peggy came into our lives! From the moment we spoke with Peggy, we could feel her excitement as an artist to work with us and bring our vision to life. The same evening of our first conversation with her, she emailed us over some mock centerpieces and bouquets that she thought we would like - we could not believe our eyes at her work!
While planning the wedding, Peggy was always very responsive and easy to work with. On the day of the wedding, Peggy and team were very reliable in dropping off items at both bride and grooms location, as well as, setting up at the venue! Peggy & the team at Riverhead Flower Shop did an amazing job for our October wedding! We made an appointment and sent a few of our Pinterest ideas ahead of time. At our consultation, Peggy created a beautiful bouquet (even better than the pictures we showed her) for us and even special ordered a few flowers that were out of season to give us a better idea of what the bouquets would look like in October. She gave us some great ideas and was very responsive if we had to make any changes or had any questions. Everything arrived on time the morning of our wedding and Peggy & her team went above and beyond not only with the bouquets, but with setting up our centerpieces, arch flowers and aisle decorations. Peggy was SO responsive, professional and creative. She knew our venue well and had perfect suggestions. We booked with Riverhead in January of 2020 for our dusty blue wedding. When the pandemic changed our plans, we shifted to a totally different theme for a microwedding. She created beautiful arrangements through email discussions that were exactly what I envisioned for our fun little wedding. All while maintaining meticulous records and details surrounding the original vision when we were able to pull of our classy dusty blue wedding a year later. What an absolute pleasure it was to work with this shop!

I had some bouquets, table arrangements and wedding arch done for my small wedding ceremony and they were exactly what I wanted! We had to reschedule our large wedding reception and Peggy was super easy to work during this time of chaos. We were so happy to have hired Riverhead Flower Shop to provide the flowers for our wedding! The bouquets, boutonnieres, and birch chuppah with floral accents were beautiful and perfectly fit the simple, rustic feel we were looking for. I would give Peggy and the staff of Riverhead Flower Shop 10 stars if I could. I walked in for my consult with the items i wanted to use in my centerpieces, but not having a clue what I wanted to do with them. Peggy literally ran around the shop, pulling different flowers and put the most beautiful centerpieces, bouquet I have ever seen. I left my consult with such peace of mind, knowing everything was going to be absolutely perfect. She was such a pleasure to work with, and as I expected, everything was more than perfect the wedding day. I cannot recommend them enough.

Found Riverhead flower shop on this website and saw a friend used also who highly recommended. It was easy to make an appointment I went in and met Peggy who looked at some photos of bouquets I had pinned on Pinterest and she instantly went to work creating a mock bouquet right there that day for me in the shop. It was gorgeous and just what I wanted! Peggy also took the time to make a mock centerpiece and went over some ideas with me on which flowers to use to stay within my budget. All contact with the shop was easy, any questions I had were answered promptly. Day of I was blown away with how beautiful everything came out! I have already recommended Riverhead flower shop to a few people and will continue to do so!
