This beautiful indoor pavilion constructed out of red cedar timbers at Stephens Lake Park sits on a hilltop overlooking the park and lake. The 2,000 -square-foot main room has a vaulted ceiling and offers a scenic view through the large wall of windows, making it an ideal location for weddings, receptions, reunions, company meetings, or group gatherings.
This attractive one-story building is available for public rental. Reservations are allowed up to 2 years in advance of the event, with a maximum of 150 people.

User2559365 2+ years agoRiechmann is literally just a space that you rent from the City of Columbia. They do not provide any staffing or services whatsoever--it is all DIY or bringing in other vendors. That said, you can save a lot of money by bringing in your own catering, alcohol, etc... They do provide tables and chairs, and they have a kitchen which we used for storing our alcohol and flowers overnight. You can also rent it out for a whole weekend for a reasonable price. It ended up being perfect for what we wanted, but be aware that it's not a traditional venue.
