ricks was very professional and was great about contacting me with questions and good about answering my questions. i brought everything to them very organized and with instructions on what i would like and they did it all. they even gave me a better price for my childrens meals and were very friendly. i feel that the cost and quality of the food was perfect we didnt break my dads bank and everyone raved about all of the food not just the prime rib because we all new that was going to be awesome. they also did a wine toast at our request because my husband and i do not like champaign. thanks for a wonderfull night!!!!!!!!!!

Rick's Prime Rib was an excellent reception choice for us. They gave us a great deal per head and that included an open soda bar for the whole reception for only 1$ per head. The manager at the time was excellent to work with and very willing to meet our needs. They also did not charge us for those that did not end up coming to the reception. Over all I was very pleased with the experience.

My first and second meeting was great. They told me they would accommodate everything I wanted. The room could be set up exactly as I wanted. I could come in the night before for decorating. I had a 3rd meeting with the owner and suddenly I cant come in the night before and I have to re expain what I wanted. When I arrived the morning of nothing was as I asked. We even drew out on a map how I wanted things set up. My mom and MOH had to rearrange tables and chairs. I also paid for everything a week in advance. In the middle of my reception, one of the staff members brought my husband and I a bill that was already paid. The bartender had no idea what he was supposed to do. He was trying to charge my guests during open bar. I felt the staff was unprofessional. They tell you what you want to hear but dont follow through. The only plus side was the food was good.
