Richard Loriann Event Planning is a family owned and run event design and event planning company.

The company name reflects the first names of the husband and wife team, Richard and Loriann. Our "right hand (wo)man" is Corri, Richard's cousin.

Our company has various packages and options that range from basic to full service to ensure that we meet the needs of all clients.

We are able to employ our creativity to create events that range from thirty guests attending your three year old鈥檚 Frozen themed birthday to a six hundred guest extravagant wedding. Our attention to detail ensures that everything looks excellent and runs smoothly.

hire Loriann for your wedding!

I hired Loriann and Richard to be the day-of coordinator for my 10/9/21 wedding. My wedding had been postponed 5 times over the course of two years, including a venue change when our original venue went out of business. Needless to say I felt all over the place while trying to plan and finalize things for the wedding that was finally happening. Whenever i started to feel panicked, Loriann would step in with her checklist and mark off things I had or had not done, showing me that I was actually way more prepared and ready than i thought i was. Loriann always told me and made me feel like everything was going to be fine, and honestly, it was! the rehearsal and day-of went super smoothly and if anything didn't go as planned, i either didn't know about it, or she would calmly let me know so i would be able to make a call on what to do. I actually enjoyed my wedding without being stressed, which is saying a lot for me. Honestly, the best part of the decision to hire Loriann and Richard was something I didn't even plan for.... we left our car at the venue to be packed up and left for us to retrieve the next day. Little did I know, Loriann and Richard drove our packed car from the venue to the hotel we were staying at and valet parked it, which was literally the best gift ever when you are hungover the day after your wedding. We also needed to get our speakers out of the car post-reception for the hotel after-party and it was such a nice surprise to have it at the hotel already. it was those little things that made hiring Loriann and Richard the best decision. if you are on the fence about getting a planner or coordinator... please get one, future you will thank you. if you do, hire Richard and Loriann!

After walking away from our initial meeting with Richard and Loriann we knew they were our people. They have a knack for putting you at ease and exhibiting a confidence that you know you will be taken care of. We are a DIY wedding couple, so we needed a day of coordinator. We did a walk through at our ceremony and reception location, shared our plans, and they were very quick to help visualize and troubleshoot any potential problems and quickly solve them. We met them to hand over all of our plans and contracts 6 weeks before our wedding. Loriann created a timeline with the vendors and venues. They came to our house the day of, picked up all of our DIY decor, set up the reception, met all the vendors, and had everything picture perfect for our arrival. Together, we created an event timeline to make sure we accomplished everything we needed when we wanted, ie cake cutting, eating dinner etc. It was a pleasure to be able to fully enjoy our wedding and not have to pay any attention to the timeline because Richard and Loriann were on it. They made sure we kept to schedule, without being overbearing. If anything went wrong during our ceremony or reception, we certainly didn't know about it, we were fully taken care of. At the end, they packed up the leftover drinks, decor etc and brought them to our house and made sure our reception venue was fully wrapped out. Richard and Loriann are hard working genuine people and they will make your event / wedding a smooth sailing success.

Couldn't ask for anything more from a wedding event planner. Loriann was so patient, accommodating, and supportive of all my ideas and quirks through the planning process. During the day-of, she and Richard made sure everything was in order and made easy for us. Amazing couple these two! Thank you so much for making our wedding truly a dream come true for us.
