I was at first so excited to have found this store. They were the least expensive tuxedo rentals around South Florida, plus my cousin had used him for her wedding tuxedo rentals 10 years before. Unfortunately, when the groomsmen went to pick up their tuxes, it seemed their stock hadn't been changed, updated, or repaired in those 10 years. I ordered from out of town. Rich had requested I fax him all the guys' measurements, which I did well in advance, with a description of the package I wanted them to receive. On picking up the tuxes, everyone had the wrong type of shirt (I asked for flat front, they all had pleated), then when he finally agreed to switch all the shirts out, all he had were plain-front DRESS shirts, not tux shirts (as in, no slit for studs). Plus all were different shades of white! The tux buttons were fraying and just in general bad condition. I thought we would be helping out a local businessperson and getting a great deal for our groomsmen rentals but having to scramble to find 7 tuxedo rentals was not how I wanted to spend the 2 days before my wedding. I would steer clear unless you actually see the exact tux you will be renting in advanced.
