Reverend Sheppard was licensed and ordained by the Interfaith Minister from All Faiths Seminary International in 2009. Since then, he has married hundreds of couples and has experience with weddings of all faiths and secular ceremonies.

Known as the "Reverend of Central Park," Reverend Sheppard has spent many years bringing joy to couples all across New York City. He performs religious, non-religious and interfaith marriages, as well as civil unions and even vow renewals. Reverend Sheppard is happy to marry LGBTQ+ couples, too. He offers to counsel the couple if they choose.

A Seamless, Heartfelt Ceremony Thanks to Rev. Ron
The ceremony itself was absolutely beautiful. Rev. Ron took great care to acknowledge my husband’s late father, as well as other family members we’ve lost, which meant so much to us both. He handled our interfaith marriage with such thoughtfulness—my husband being Hindu and our family being Christian—and created a ceremony that felt seamless and inclusive for everyone present.
What could have been a stressful situation turned into one of the most meaningful experiences of our lives, thanks to Rev. Ron’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. We are so grateful for the warmth he brought to our day and will always remember the ceremony as something truly special.
