We used Rental Stop to rent tables, chairs and linens for our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with everything they provided. They responded to all my questions quickly every time I reached out to them and each person I spoke with was very professional. Our wedding took place at my parents’ ranch house and it’s a little hard to find because you have to navigate small dirt roads to get there. Rental Stop delivered our tables and chairs about an hour and a half from their warehouse for a very reasonable price and had no trouble finding our house. The tables and chairs were in good condition and helped make our wedding look beautiful! I’d gladly recommend Rental Stop for any event!

I used RENTAL STOP for my last minute rental needs. Because my wedding was on a Sunday, and they are closed weekends, I was able to pick up my items on the Friday before and as long as I returned them Monday by noon, I was only charged for the 24 hour fee, which was a great price and the lowest I had found. I will definitely do business with them again,

Rental Stop did a good job accomodating us. They delivered everything on Friday and picked it up on Monday for a one day charge since it was a weekend wedding and late evening. They are recommended to everyone for any event.

The tents they provided were great, but some of the other rental equipment was not as nice as we expected and should probably have been replaced long ago.

I would not do any business with this company. They are renting out damaged equipment and expect you to pay for the item upon return. IT IS AN ILLEGAL SCAM!

We rented sound equipment (microphones, speaker sets, cables, music stands) from this company. I picked up the equipment on the day of the ceremony. There were no instructions as to how to hook everything up. When we finally got things set up, 2 of the microphones did not work. I had to spend the afternoon before my wedding going to different stores to get replacement cables for those that did not work. When I called the company they did not offer to walk me through it, or send anyone to help. They just said I could come exchange it. Well at this point I only had a couple of hours before the ceremony and did not have time to run around. I would not recommend them.

Our was a Party not a wedding, but I have a similar experience with another reviewer.

We rented a karaoke machine for our party one Saturday in June. We live outside of the DFW area, so we drove an hour one way to pick up the machine. There were missing cds in the already limited song selections that was part of the rental. The quality of the sound was poor. We had a sound guy at our party, so he knew what he was doing. It was the machine that was sub-standard. We could not turn off the vocals on the cds that came with the machine from Rental Stop. A friend had brought some karaoke cds that he owned; those worked perfectly. We called Rental Stop several times once we set up the machine and started noticing the problems. Time did not allow us to drive back and return the machine that night, so we continued trying to make it work. It did not. When we returned it on Sunday, the tech checked it and told us that he heard the buzzing and feedback. He told us we had to talk to the manager on Monday. When I called Brian on Monday, he gave me the run around, kept having to call me back, told me the tech had not heard buzzing and feedback, offered me a 20.00 store credit (which I did not think was acceptable), and then took that offer back. It was a big waste of time and money working with Rental Stop and the manager Brian. I would not recommend Rental Stop.
