We had an amazing Indian wedding weekend!
The hotel was very accommodating and all the staff were very helpful to all of our needs and request.. the venue was very considerate to all our needs and requests for our families… our families came from the east and west coast and spent the entire weekend at the hotel and enjoyed multiple events pre and wedding events!!!! Everyone enjoyed the festivities! This is a perfect location for an Indian Wedding!

Awesome venue for a wedding! I was even able to upgrade my room for free because there wasn't another event that night!

Everything was perfect and the staff made me feel like the queen that I am on my wedding day! I would recommend to anybody!

My event coordinator, Joy Carlisle, was great and everything was set up great.

My husband at the time was deployed to Afghanistan so my mother-in-law and I were doing all the planning on our own. Our contact at the hotel was great! He made sure to email everything to me AND my husband in Afghanistan so it helped him feel involved. They were extreamly professional and left me with no worries on my big day. And for Dallas, the price is a STEAL with everything that comes along with it!
We opted for the hospitality suite for the weekend which turned out the be a blessing for our friends from out of town.

The Renaissance was a nice Hotel to host my reception. We truly enjoyed our event. The staff was friendly and nice.
The Food was excellent. We received good service from sales and catering.

Gorgeous venue but terrible communication & service. I was made the promise that the whole ballroom was exclusively mine to use but they later booked off that room for another event for setup even when they knew my guest count was rising and my guests couldn't fit. I had to limit my guest count because of this. They gave complimentary deserts to make up for that then FORGOT to serve them at the wedding. I had been meeting with the event coordinator at least once a month and somehow my seating chart got messed up on the day of the wedding and it was a mess. I would NEVER tell anyone to come here! Please stay away. awful experience.

We were so excited about using this hotel and when planning a wedding during COVID, it can be stressful and they just added to it. The made life harder, were not helpful, and the WORST communicators. If you have another choice, highly recommend.
