I LOVED my photographer, Brian Smith. Although the company as a whole were very slow in getting my pictures to me in the end, my photographer was very professional andmet my needs.

LOVED the front desk staff - were VERY kind and considerate. The photographer on the other hand was set in his ways and rude to several of the guests - recommend that you meet with your photographer prior to wedding, ours didn't even contact us till the eve of the wedding.

It was a nightmare. A disaster. THe worst mistake ever and you can never fix it... the pictures are soooooooooo bad that the ones taken with disposable cameras by people on the tables were much better. Horrible colors, terrible quality, I asked for some specific shots and they didn't turn out. I would pay triple the money to anyone else... I have NO GOOD pictures of the wedding.
The video turned out ok, I guess it was better than the pictures, but the videographer was rude rude rude. He was more concerned and upset about not having a placecard determinig where we was to sit for dinner, than to find out what did I want in the video.
I have never been so disgusted with a company before.

This place was a complete disaster photos looked terrible photos not taken as well. tried to superinpose people into pictures. TERRIBLE!!!!
