We had been to just about every other major jeweler in town. We were looking for something unique (a two-tone gold engagement ring with some sort of "swirl"). I found a few at other jewelers but nothing with a WOW factor...until we went to Reeds! The ring was just a setting (without the diamond in the middle) so it was a little hard to picture what it would look like. The associate who assisted us was SOOO helpful, he actually took another ring out of the showcase, had his jeweler pop the diamond out of it and then put it into the setting I chose just so we could see it! It was gorgeous!!! Needless to say, we took it home on the spot.
