History

Rick Bayless is an award-winning chef, well known for winning Bravo’s Top Chef Master in 2009 and his many popular cookbooks. He opened his first restaurant, the casual Frontera Grill, in 1987, soon followed by the elegant Topolobambo in 1989, which is America’s only Mexican restaurant to receive a Michelin star.å
