Best wedding food ever! My (now) husband is a major foodie and the food was his top priority for our wedding. Red Maple did not disappoint! Super accommodating for every dietary restriction/need. Taylor was very communicative throughout the planning process and was there the night of our wedding to make sure everything ran smooth. Amazing team and amazing food.

There are not enough words to describe how overjoyed we are that we chose Red Maple to cater our daughter's wedding at Bella Cavalli! When almost every person for a 150+ wedding, to include Italian guests rave about the food- you know the meal must be spectacular! We wanted a family style dinner which was a huge hit. Everyone is served quickly and dinner hour goes by quickly- And the food is HOT! The Applewood smoked beef short ribs melted in your mouth. The Lemon Brined Chicken Roulade was fabulous! The Chipotle Lime Brussel sprouts will "change your world" as Taylor quoted; and guests said they asked for seconds! Roasted garlic whipped Mashed potatoes rounded out the meal. We had the Peach and heirloom tomato salad and bread on the table prior to dinner which was nice to get guests started on the meal as the evening commenced.

Their event staff is courteous, professional, and attentive. There were more than adequate numbers of servers everywhere!
Bartenders- Best old fashions and another "homemade recipe" were fantastic.
Johan is an amazing chef! He not only prepares the high quality food but
personally reached out during the venue a few times to ensure that we and our guests and were satisfied. He lives up to his reputation!
Taylor is relaxed, genuine, and helpful. We appreciated her frank comments about ordering too much/not enough etc. She radiates kindness and genuine concern for the families and guests.

Amazing food was one of our most important priorities to have at our wedding. Red Maple Catering (Dallas) did that and MORE. As a bride and groom, we wanted a full service vendor, RMC delivered. We received everything I ever wanted for our wedding day. We had excellent service from the management to the professional servers, chefs and bartenders. Everyone on the RMC Team was so attentive and went above and beyond. Johan (Owner and Executive Chef) and Taylor (Owner and Director of Operations) were personally involved in fulfilling our catering and service needs. This husband and wife duo have a wonderful way of caring for the Bride and Groom like I’ve never seen before. Taylor was an absolute DREAM to work with. She was my main point of contact and was able to deliver on every promise. She was the most candid and more transparent than any other catering service I was vetting. In addition to incredible wedding day catering and service, the wedding tasting was an unforgettable experience. It was one of my favorite wedding planning activities and we were blown away by the presentation in general. The tasting included a front row seat to food preparation and one-on-one detailed meeting of expectations and timeline details. Red Maple provided for us: full service catering, bride and groom cakes, wait staff/table bussing, and bartending.
