We changed our mind about the quality of service and professionalism to 2 star because we received our prints a couple of days ago. As much as we like Raul, we were very disappointed. The pictures were poorly presented. The pictures were sent via USPS priority mail soft envelope. So, some of the pictures got bent. For the 4x6 prints, 3 were printed on one 8X11 pages. For the 5x7 prints, two were printed on one 8X11 pages. All prints were not cut out separately. We had to cut them out ourselves wearing surgical gloves, so our fingerprints and skin oil wouldn't be on the prints. We were in fears the whole time that we would screw up and cut the pictures in half. We have to contact Raul again to see if we can get the normal print cut out professionally. We just have to wait and see how it goes.
Other than the final prints delivery diaster, Raul is a warm-hearted and very spontaneous person. You can see his personalities through his work. Most of them are very natural. He can capture moments that you normally wouldn't get from traditional photography. Among all of the out-of-the-world complements we receied from our guests and family, here is our favorite quote from my sister: "Raul can capture everybody's true smiles." My parents say that our wedding album is probably the only one album they have seen so far to have more pictures of the bride & groom chit chatting with the guests. We got the 3/4 day package. He came to our house to take pictures of me then went with us to the ceremony site. Since we had the reception right after the ceremony, this package worked very well for us. The total time was from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This package might not work well if you have a long wedding. I'm sure Raul can get design a package that will meet your needs.
