We brought in a very old ring to be resized, and not only did she help us resize it 5 sizes smaller, but she gave us more information on the diamond cut and refreshing the tips to ensure the diamonds remained in tact. The service was so great and prices reasonable, that we returned to purchase our wedding bands at Raphael. Claudia made sure to hold onto the bands for us until we were ready to pick them up, offering a flexible payment plan and cleaning them just before our wedding day. Highly recommended!
