Owners Robin and Rick Gordon have been organizing big band entertainment experiences for over 20 years. They draw on the musical style of a number of highly-acclaimed artists that include Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Ella Fitzgerald, Rosemary Clooney and Keely Smith among others. RKO - can't go with a better group

Had my wedding recently and hired RKO to play for our reception. Never met anyone more professional, easygoing, and motivated to make it a special experience than Rick. He put together a stellar group of musicians who brought the house down. I'm still getting comments from our guests about how much having them added to the experience.

The National Italian American Foundation loves working with Radio King every year! Radio King not only provides an excellent level of professionalism and talent, they get to know your event so they can tailor music and enthusiasm to make your event a memorable one. Radio King is willing to work with your budget and find ways to make your event look flawless with or without a large or small budget. It is great to work with professional, honest and caring group of people. We look forward to seeing them again next year!

This was the second year in a row we had Radio King Orchestra play at our annual tree lighting. Besides sounding great, they go with the flow of the crazy day from set up, to timing of events, to weather.

Made the party. Rick and Robin are spectacular, fabulous musicians. Everyone, 230 people, said it was the best holiday party ever.

We hired the Radio Kings Orchestra and the Fabulous Pin Curl Girls for the SECOND TIME as the entertainment for KLC's Great Gatsby Holiday Party at the National Conference Center. A truly fabulous evening of "Bee's Knees" music from Tin Pan Alley and the Roaring Twenties that had every "Floor-Flusher" gyrating like an "Oliver Twist". We can't praise RKO and the Pin Curl Girls enough for their magnificent Swing Orchestrations and exquisite vocalizations. They were just tremendous! Working with Rick & Robin was a joy, they were flexible, reasonable, and full of ideas, we just loved them. Additionally we discovered that the RKO Band Members were all current or retired military so we delightedly thank them for their service and for making our Holiday Party a very memorable occasion.

Robin and Rick Gordon were a pleasure to work with in every way. Set up way in advance, no demands, very interested in meeting our needs. We received rave reviews from our attendees. They were a major hit and made the difference in the success of our Gala. We recommend them highly.

I hired the Radio King Orchestra for the American College of Rheumatology's Opening Reception on Nov. 12, 2016. 2,400 folks attended the event and all I can say is that I was flooded with compliments about Rick and his orchestra the night of the event...and for several day day later. If you want a fabulous big band sound (that allows folks to have a conversation without shouting), I can't think of a better band. And we absolutely loved his wife who was part of a signing trio. What a great evening. Thanks Rick. I sincerely hope I'll have the change to work with again.

Radio King Orchestra did another excellent job at beating the expectations of our guests at our annual event. Working with Rick and the band is always easy, and we never have to worry about lifting a finger before, during, or after the event.

Robin, Rick & RKO made our wedding reception great, period. From first contact to the reception to teardown & cleanup, they are top notch, professional and OH so entertaining! I HIGHLY advise opting for the Pincurl Girls - if you are concerned that your guests won't be particularly into dancing, the Pincurls floor show will save the day - guests can just sit there and enjoy the show. But by the end of the night our guests were out of their seats and on the dance floor! Great professionalism, great value and AMAZING reception.
