Rackley's Floral and Gifts is located in San Diego. The owners name is Terrell. Basically, I would not use him or recommend him to anyone. He made the flower process for the wedding extremely difficult to say the least. He asks the same questions over and over wasting everyone's time. He has zero creativity. He did not answer phone calls or texts from me or the groom 2-3 weeks before the wedding. He lied and said he was going to provide samples to us prior to the wedding and never did. He ended up showing up late to the venue the day of the wedding with very basic flowers. DO NOT USE THIS GUY and PASS THIS ALONG TO ANY BRIDE.
