Rabbi Neil was the perfect rabbi/officiant for our smaller Santa Barbara wedding. He made the day so meaningful and special with his ceremony and guitar music. Not only did he travel from LA to Santa Barbara for our wedding and Ketubah signing, we met with him on multiple occasions prior to the event for coaching.
